Very comfortable and definitely a standout!
Wore this outfit to my best friend's baby shower and got lots of compliments. Great for summer events since the fabric is lightweight without being sheer. Shorts were the perfect length. It showed leg without making me feel self-conscious. I did not have an issue with the top staying closed, but I do think it could be a problem for bustier women. For curvier ladies, I recommend ordering your true size and a size up for your backup juuuuust in case. The fabric is not stretchy and the waist tie is just for show.

As other reviewers have said, the outer layer of this dress runs a bit large so I recommend ordering your true size and a size down for the backup. I wore this item to an Indian wedding (aka I was in it for 9 hours), and was comfortable and getting compliments the entire time. It moves beautifully when you dance and is figure flattering. I would definitely order it again.

Got a ton of compliments, and isn't that what we're all after?
Rented this dress for a destination wedding in the DR. It looked fantastic, but as mentioned in other reviews the top is large. I recommend sizing down to avoid a nip slip. I felt a little self-conscious about the fit the entire evening so I would not rent again unless I have boob tape on hand. But everyone told me I looked great (people actually still bring the dress up a year later lol), and I was able to dance the night away!
