I rented the XS and it was just extra fabric in all sorts of weird places. I think it was partially from needing to cinch the drawstring in enough to make it fit, and it ended up looking awkward and bulky. Shame since the pattern is so lovely. Sent them right back.

I had so many people tell me they loved the dress, which is great! So high rating based on that. Personally, I wasn't as wowed by it in person, but under twinkling ballroom lights it did the trick. I found it to run big in the bust and arm area as well.

Fit: based on other reviews about it running small, I ordered a 0 and 2 (I'm usually a 0). I actually found it to be true to size, if not a little bit big, and wished I had ordered the 00. The bust is maybe tighter than average, but waist and rib cage is true to size.
