Lots of fabric under the arms, so it bags in the top, which makes it gape open. Overall feels cheap. Pass on this one.

Cute daytime skirt in theory, but a not so cute in how it plays out.
The ruffles billow and did not do me any favors. I felt 3 sizes larger in this. The elastic is nice, though.
