As high as your boobs
I am tall with long legs and these were extremely high waisted the waisted went up to my boobs. I wouldn't say I am extremely tall but I am 5'7" and these pants were short on me.

The dress is super cute and fit perfect on top but if you have s butt at all don't get it. I could not button the crotch area and it does not stretch.
