I wore this dress to a wedding in Newport in April. It's a beautiful color orange, and the fit was great. I never felt like it was too boxy because it's lined on the inside, so it has lovely drape to it. It was a little chilly that day, so instead of a jacket, which would cover the ruffle detail, I bought a large scarf that had the same color orange in it, and wrapped it around my arms and tied it in the back, which was a perfect solution to add a little extra color and interest to the look.

I wore this dress to a wedding in Tuscany. It flowed beautifully from the strips hanging down, which you cannot really tell from the pictures, and the contrasting layering patterns had people doing a double take. It was a very comfortable, not too lose, not too tight, and the synched waist the key to the perfect fit in the body. The only fit issue were the straps, they were a bit long so I had to pin them. Someone with a slightly bigger chest might be fine; I wear a traditional C. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dress, it's casual yet different, and could be worn to lots of different occasions.
