I love this top--it can be casual or dressed up for a date. It is a deeper V so if you want to wear to work, you may want a cami, but I think it would work for work too! I'm actually super tempted to buy it (I'm on the unlimited plan so they offer a deal to purchase). I love it that much! Very flattering. I'm 120 lb and 5'7" and ordered a 2. It hit me right at a great place on my jeans, but if taller you may want to size up for more length.

This top is so cute, and the lace is beautiful! I wore it to my business casual office with black slacks and black pumps, but it could easily be dressed down with dark jeans for a more casual look. I loved it! I am 120 lb and 5'7", and I ordered the Small. It was nice and flowy and pretty, but I probably could've gone with the XS. That said, the Small did not look sloppy and it was super comfortable. Highly recommend! AND, it's lined! So no need to wear a cami underneath.

I really love this dress! The pleating in the fabric is awesome, and I love the sleeves. I got it to wear to work. I work in a law firm. I would say that it's only just long enough to be appropriate for the office (I'm 5'7"). Tights were a must for me. I think it would be a perfect work dress for 5'5" or shorter.
