Perfect for petite
This rails blouse is perfect for a slender shoulder or petite frame. I adore the pattern. Paired well with a blue and grey check blazer. Well made as you would expect from this designer. Wanted to keep. Already own many rails tops in various patterns. May re rent.

Drowned in fabric
Fit well it the tailoring of the shoulders. Excess length in the sleeves. Thick and wool fabric. Cut as approached hips was wide and flagged out to an awkward shape in the back. All in all a comfortable blazer. Simple poorly executed on the cut.
