Elevated look for work
Flattering and got tons of compliments. I think a previous RTR member might have cut off the black velvet ties at the neck though - the shirt I received had super short ties- I was barely able to make a bow. Definitely NOT the look on the model or other reviews. Made it work though and liked the look. Much better tucked in than loose. Wore to work and then holiday party. Perfect for winter work wear.

Felt cute- flattering and fun for work
Super flattering and got tons of compliments. Also very comfortable and has pockets! Styled with over the knee black boots and felt like it made my legs look longer and leaner. I usually avoid short skirts as I have thicker thighs and calves but felt great in this outfit. Wore it 3 times- work, dinner out with girlfriends and holiday party. Perfect for all 3 (although wouldn't wear to work without thick tights, too short for bare legs in a professional setting).

Super flattering and comfortable but...
Would have given 5+ stars as very comfortable and chic- tons of compliments at work and I felt great wearing them all day. I have a small waist but larger hips and thighs, and this cut was perfect for me. But I styled with a cream top, tucked in at the waist (similar to the photos on the RTR site) and the black dye came off on my top all along the waist line, pretty much immediately. Maybe because they are new, but I would not expect that from well-made clothing.

Perfect spring coat for New England
Beautifully made and drapes well. The belt is VERY long, so it was somewhat annoying to keep it straight and not twisted and to fasten and unfasten, but the coat looked good either worn open or with the belt cinched at the waist. Perfect lightweight trench for chilly spring in New England. Wore daily for weeks.

Beautiful and well made skirt
The quality is obvious. This skirt drapes beautifully and doesn't wrinkle easily, unlike most silk skirts I've owned/worn. It has enough weight that it flows fluidly when you walk and doesn't fly up in the wind. It's lined and very comfortable. Wore it multiple times to work and it was versatile despite the complicated patterns and many colors. Wore it with a black turtleneck bodysuit one day, with tights and black boots. Another (warmer) day wore with a black tank and black pumps. Loved it and got lots of compliments.

Beautiful dress that's easy to wear
Wore this to work, to a book signing party and for date night. Super comfortable and flattering. I usually have issues with wrap dresses coming open at the leg, the skirt flying up in the wind or ending up too low cut and gaping at the chest, but this dress didn't have any of those problems. The wrap stayed wrapped and kept it's shape all day. It also draped well and had just the right amount of cling without sticking to my body. The details at the collar and sleeves give it extra elegance. I wear a lot of black, so this had just enough interesting color to break up my pattern and keep things interesting.

Cute spring dress for work
Comfortable and fit true to size. The dress is well made and easy to wear. The fabrics does stretch. Short but not too short for work. Wore multiple times with navy pumps and felt put together and stylish at work without much effort.

Works well with matching blazer for work.
Runs small in the hips and the skirt is short! Size up for sure. Wore it with the matching blazer to work, so had to wear it with black tights to make it appropriate.

Nice piece to elevate work style
Very comfortable and flattering. Easy to wear but gave me a polished look at work. Wore with ponte black leggings and loved it.

Comfortable and cute dress for work
Rented for work and loved it. Perfect for spring (wore around Easter and my daughter loved how the colors were almost Easter-themed). Very comfortable, nice weight to the material, hangs well. Got lots of compliments at work.

Runs very small! Rented a Derek Lam too in the same size on the same order and the top fit well, but this jacket was extremely tight. I couldn't close or button it and the sleeves were very tight. Sent it back.

Beautiful dress but just not into the mesh
The material and cut are very flattering. It was a comfortable dress, but I didn't love the mesh over the cutout in the back. And the cutout in the back is very low. Decided to go with another dress I ordered for my event instead.

Great option for a formal event
Runs a little small so if between sizes, size up. I'm 5'6" and the long was the right length for low heels. Slimming and comfortable, worked well for a fundraiser gala.

Cute option for winter work wear
This dress does run small, so was a tight fit through the arms, hips and thighs. But wore it with black tights and it worked well as a fresh option for winter work wear. Received many compliments. The lace detail at the skirt is a nice touch but it kept riding up so wasn't showing most of the day I wore it I think.

Nice option for cold spring in Boston
This coat is stylish and was a nice option to change up my every day outer wear to work. But the fit is slightly weird. It was loose and oversize except the button closure made it tight and awkward just across the waist and bust. And I am not well-endowed in either place. The single button closure also doesn't really owe it closed anywhere except at the one place, so buttoning it doesn't really help to keep you warm. So it was great as an open coat but would not work as a winter coat or in any cold weather situation.

Too large and heavy to wear
This earrings were very large - too large for me to wear unfortunately. I wanted to like them but I knew after wearing them for 5 minutes that I would never be able to wear them to the party I rented them for.

Statement earrings worked well for a party.
These earrings are large - larger in person than I expected despite other reviews. But was able to wear them all night and got lots of compliments. They were perfect as an accessory with a black floral dress with cream and red flowers.

Really wanted to like this dress but was not flattering for my shape at all.
The pattern and material were nice, and I really wanted to like this dress. But it really accentuated my hips and was very unflattering. Sent it back without wearing it.

Comfortable and easy piece for work
As other reviews have mentioned, the sleeves are long and you have to be careful not to catch them or the lace on anything. This top is super comfortable and the material is thick, so worked well for winter work wear. Does run a little large, so would size down if debating between sizes. Overall great option for an easy way to elevate your style at work with minimal effort.

Very stylish for winter work wear
This is a super comfortable and very stylish dress. I got tons of compliments all day at work. The size 6 was a little loose and sleeves were long and a little baggy, but I'm often between 4 to 6 in different brands. If debating the size, would size down. Overall super happy with this RTR experience.

Sophisticated piece elevated my work style
Beautiful and well made. Slightly tight across the bust (and I am fairly flat-chested), but otherwise fit well. Got lots of compliments. The flared portion in the back is long, and makes it more formal than I had expected, but that's what I love about RTR. I can take fashion risks with my work wardrobe since I'm not committing to investing in a top like this. Really happy with how this worked out.

Great option for winter work wear and day-to-night
As other reviews have said, this dress runs small. I am between a 4 and a 6 in most brands. I rented a 6 and it was tight! The slit is also very high. I was able to wear it to work with opaque black tights but otherwise it would have been inappropriate for a professional setting. But with tights it was perfect. Got lots of compliments on it and was able to wear it both to work and then to a social event at a wine bar in the evening. Worked very well for both.
