Fun and flirty
This dress has a lot going for it: cute yet understated pattern, flirty ruffle details, a neckline that can be worn as-is for a more sexy look or with a tank underneath for more coverage, and a tie to help cinch the waist. It did run big/long for me despite ordering the smallest size (I'm 5'4", 116 lbs). But with strappy heels it still looked cute.

Underwhelming
As other reviewers noted, this dress is very thin and runs very large. I got the XS and still felt that I was swimming in it. I wanted to wear a slip under it due to the thin fabric, however the slits on the legs are so high that the slip showed. The pattern is pretty but faded. Didn't feel like this dress was anything special and thought the quality wasn't great.

Cute but itchy
This shirt was cute but a bit big/voluminous on me. I liked the hi-low hem and the ruffles made it feel special. The fabric has a nice texture to it which adds some interest- however the downside of that is that it was itchy to wear.
