Would have bought it in Petite!
Loved this dress, the material is structured but has some nice give to it and the olive color is gorgeous! If only I was either 3 inches taller - it would have been perfect. If I wore it where the waste hit me properly, the top of the dress was bagging and gaped in the back. But would have been perfect if it was in a petite!!! Please RTR - get some petite options!!!

Flattering cut and beautiful color
Loved this dress - didn't actually wear it to my event because I rented another dress that I preferred but I loved this dress too. I also loved that it's the perfect length I wouldn't have had to wear heals. Considering buying it to keep for future events I liked it so much!

Super flattering and the material was thick, holds its shape but offers a nice stretch. Absolutely love this and really wanted to keep it!

Super cute but tight in the chest
Loved the color and the skirt - felt the shape and cut was very flattering for my hourglass shape. However, the lining fits much more snugly and was quite tight in the chest area. Given I am so short, I think a 12 would have been way too big. I wore it and got compliments on the color of the dress.

Work Approved.... classic with a pop of color
Loved this dress -- was a little big. May have been able to go with a 10 -- loved the cut and pop of color in the tweed. Absolutely adorable and fun!

Summer fun for the office
Love this dress and got a lot of compliments on it at work. Love the print and the cut. Because I'm petite/short-wasted, the top was a bit big/baggy - especially in the back. The belt was a little tight - event on the largest setting. The picture is after I work it at work all day and sat in it -- as you can see the linen does get wrinkled. But overall really loved it and was a fun dress.

Flattering draping but too sexy for conservative office
I rented this dress in store - my friend and I thought it was super flattering (which it is) but when I put it on to actually wear to work, I felt like it was a little to sexy for the conservative office I work in. The split in front was a little high and the v-neck was a little too low for the office. If I had a wedding or a cocktail event I was going to, I would have def worn in. A size up probably wouldn't have fit so tightly either....

Great work dress but wrinkles fast!
Love the color and fit of this dress -- the linen fabric is super light and nice for the hot summer weather of DC. But because it's linen it also wrinkles immediately! I sit at a desk most of the day so it was wrinkled immediately. Fit would have been even better if it was a petite- the top was a little big (from waist up). But overall I really liked it. Would have worn it more than once if it didn't wrinkle so bad.

Black Tie Wedding Perfection
I rented this dress for a back tie wedding and received so many compliments on it - I wish I could have kept the dress! Fit TTS but was a little long on me, even in heels - but that's expected given I'm only 5'4". It also has pockets which was amazing! Only complaint was the zipper stuck a bit.

Considering keeping I like it so much!
So I love that this is a fit and flare, it's very flattering on my curvy body shape. One challenge is because I'm shorter (5'4") it does bunch a little on the top. It'd be perfect if I was 5'5"! I love the print and feel like I can wear it casually or to work. The print is fun but with traditional colors. For reference I'm 5'4", 36DD and 155 lbs and am in a size 12.
