Bright and cheery! A bit snug on the arms and bust.
I would size up if you're a 4, normal bust size. Whole sweater was just snug enough that I avoided purchasing. But I loved it!

I didn't wear these to an event.
The fit was odd - bulged at the bottom but super snug at the hips. In addition, the buttons down the side were not entirely visible in the pics, which was a design element I wasn't a fan of as they looked like pajamas combined with cheap joggers.
