Orangish Brown Stitching :(
I didn’t see this in other reviews or in the description. I didn’t love the brownish orange stitching throughout the jeans. I also didn’t love how these fit me. I didn’t end up wearing them.

Easy throw on dress
I love a great dress to just throw on and look out together; this is that kind of dress! I’d say it maybe runs large as the xs fit me just fine without feeling too tight. I wore it with sneakers and liked the dressed down feel.

I’m glad I held out for the xs on this one because it is definitely oversized. It’s also very warm which I like! I styled it with faux leather Spanx and a long sleeve white tee. The neckline was a bit itchy for me but nothing unbearable. This is a piece that’s outside of my normal style but that why we RTR, right?!

Wore for Book Club Meeting
The 38 fit well for me while providing an oversized look. I really like this blazer but had a hard time figuring out where to wear it and how to style it. This is a me problem. The blazer is excellent quality, has very cute details, and offers an oversized fit that’s really cute. I’m just not a cowgirl kind of gal so I struggled with it. Also, note that it is blue and brown, not black. I like that it’s brown but just noting that so others are aware.

This dress is so unique and I love it! Here’s my advice if you rent it: if the buttons are already buttoned for you, leave them alone! Use the side zipper to get in and out (if you’re able). The buttons are “lined up” in an unusual way so if you unbutton too many, you may end up struggling to figure out which button goes in the correct hole; or maybe that was just a me problem, but I struggled. Once I got them rebutted, I left them alone. The front is a bit short so I wore skin-colored shorts A) to ensure I didn’t reveal anything and B) because I found the dress to be a bit sheer and you could see my underwear from the back. I’m 5’5 and it was a bit short on me so to my taller friends, just know it runs on the shorter side in front. I still think you could rock it though.

These do run small so size up one
I took the good advice from my fellow renters and got a size 26 when I’m usually a 25; this worked for me. I liked these jeans but I didn’t love them the way others do. That’s just a personal preference. Definitely give them a try if your size (plus 1) is available.

I held out until the XS was available and I’m glad i did! The XS fit me perfectly. I’m 5’5 and wore high waisted wide leg jeans so even though it’s cropped, I didn’t have any skin exposure which made it appropriate for work. I got compliments from high school students and peers, alike! It’s just a cute, sweet top that adds a little something to an otherwise casual day. The material is a thick cotton but it’s breathable and lightweight so I think it could be worn year round if you don’t run hot. I loved it!

Obsessed with this dress
Omg this dress! It’s magic! Somehow it can easily transform from formal to casual simply by the shoes you wear. I’m 5’5 and this dress went just to my feet so for my tall friends, keep that in mind. The material is a stretchy spandex type that feels super comfortable. I wore this dress with heels to a musical and with sneakers on a trip to Boston and then Japan. I got endless compliments everywhere I went. La DoubleJ is one of my favorite designers. They are expensive because the quality is impeccable.

Gorgeous but itchy
I rented this having no where to go in it but just wanted to give it a try. It’s a va va voom dress for sure but I agree with those who mentioned that it’s itchy. …especially at the legs when you walk. I only wore it around my house when I tried it on so I can’t speak to just how irritating it is but I felt it.

This dress is adorable! It’s a little short but wearing it with tights didn’t make me feel like it was inappropriate for work. I’m 5’5 so my tall friends may feel differently. The top part is sweater material with a side zipper and the bottom skirt is a polyester type fabric. Very cute for fall weather!

A little scratchy
This set is very cute but I found it to be a bit scratchy; I’m not generally sensitive to fabrics but the fact that this is wool just makes it itchy in nature. It’s a sturdy, medium weight jacket that you can easily style with multiple things.

Great quality
This dress is made of a thick, kind of heavy fabric that feels high quality. It’s very easy to throw on and look put together. I wore a 34 and noticed that the buttons gaped just a bit at my chest. I felt a bit self conscious about that but wore it anyway.

So sheer!
I got mine new with tags which is always exciting but as with many of her other dresses, this one is a thin fabric and quite see-through. If you zoom into my photo, you’ll see my black bra completely showing. It’s fairly sheer all over, but for me, it’s accentuated at the bust. You’ll definitely need to wear the right undergarments if you try this dress. I’m glad I got a small, not an extra small because the tighter this dress is, the more it shows. I like the silhouette but I don’t like how sheer it is.

This was an easy throw-on dress that I wore quite a few times during hot, summer days. Yes, the bottom is a satiny material, but I didn’t find that made it formal. The top is a stretchy, figure-hugging ribbed cotton.

Takes time and work but I still liked it
Maybe it’s just me, but I would recommend giving yourself an extra 3-5 minutes to get this on when getting ready. The denim collar snaps on. I have a fairly small head and I could not put the vest on without unbuttoning most of the collar buttons. Once I got it on, it took me some time to feel for the buttons, line them up properly, and snap them back into place. I really like the look of this sweater vest so I still wore I a few times, I just needed the extra time to get it on. Note that the material is soft but a little scratchy. I was totally fine until I got hot and sweaty once. The sweat and the sweater made me itch but I was fine when my body temperature was normal.

Definitely size up. I got a medium and I was still snatched! It’s also short so wear whatever undergarments you feel comfortable or saucy in. The back is pretty low so I didn’t wear a bra but the bodice is so snug that I was held in just fine. This is the cuuuutest dress! I wore it out for dinner and then again in NYC for a show.

Yes, it runs large and I’m so glad the 0 was available for me. The sleeves were a bit long on me but I didn’t care. Once buttoned, it was snug and paired perfectly with the matching skirt. I’m obsessed with this skirt and the matching jacket! The skirt is definitely heavy as others mentioned. It’s so unique and cool. I wonder if I could have sized down to a zero but it was pretty short so a smaller size may not have worked for me. The 2 wasn’t falling off of me but the weight of the bottom did drag it down to my hips. I loved wearing this and wish I could buy the set.

I actually do love the barrel Jean look and have rented other brands that fit really well. I just didn’t like these on me. I felt like they made me look too bowlegged, like I just got done riding a horse for 10 hours or something. Also, I rented my normal size of 26 and the waist was SNUG! A 27 or 28 would have been a better fit in the waist but I can only imagine how much larger the legs would be. I think these jeans are very much, you love them or hate them; not much room in between.

I got this dress to wear for a Hadestown performance and it definitely fit the vibe. I just felt a little self conscious because the top is see through. I sized up to a Medium and I’m glad I did because as others said, the arms are tight. Sizing up for me solved that issue.

I rented a size small and it was snug! It looks great but if felt a bit uncomfortable. I’d try a medium next time. Also, I’m only 5’5 and this dress went to my ankles. I went for a more casual look so I wore flat sandals. I couldn’t really figure out a heel to work with this dress due to the length (or lack thereof). It’s a great dress, I’d just suggest sizing up.

Wrinkles & lots of fabric
This dress was such a pain with the wrinkles. I had to steam AND iron it just to be able to wear it out of the house. Even after my efforts, I didn’t love this dress. There’s so much fabric at the bottom and the top was quite snug for my C cup chest. Also, the tie was pretty long so I felt it was kind of awkward. It’s sewn to the dress so you have to make it work. Overall, this wasn’t my favorite piece.

This was jumpsuit was just okay for me. The material was kind of like crinkly paper but it wasn't thin. Not sure how to describe it. The legs are wide and almost look like a dress when standing still. I didn't have the side boob issue some others mentioned. No bra needed for me. It was a bit tight up top so I felt secured.
