Thankfully I got this one as my backup dress. I felt like it ran small, and for my busty/apple/short figure, it just really looked unfortunate. I definitely wouldn't get this one again, even if I sized up. It just wasn't flattering on me in the least.

Overall I was very happy with this dress. I thought it ran true to size, and the color was really vibrant in person. The skirt looks a little looser/more swishy on the model than it does in real life, but that wasn't an issue for me--I liked the silhouette. My only complaints were that a) the neckline didn't fit me right. Admittedly I have somewhat narrow/sloped shoulders, so it could just be me, but I felt like the shoulders were loose and wouldn't sit flat the way they were supposed to. It wasn't make-or-break, just kind of annoying. b) If you have a short torso, the bodice is going to be a little too long for you. I wound up wearing a skinny gold belt with it to try and mask this, which I think pretty much did the trick.

Overall I had a great experience with this dress and would definitely rent it again (including in different colors). I thought it ran a bit large, since I usually fluctuate between an 8 and a 10 and this was loose on me. The neckline was high enough that it didn't cause any bra issues, which was nice. I would definitely recommend.

In general i loved this dress and was very happy with how it fit. The length was great even though i'm short, and it fit well throughout the bodice. It's definitely lower cut than I expected, so keep that in mind in terms of undergarment choice. My only complaint was that the straps seemed too long for the dress. If I'd purchased this, I would have had a tailor take 2 inches off of each strap, no joke. Fashion tape fixed it easily enough. They didn't fall off the whole night, though there was probably an odd gap in the back. Overall I was happy with it and would probably rent it again.
