Beautiful but SIZE UP!!
I love the style and the fit of this dress... but I would size two sizes up. I normally wear a 6, but I wish I had a 10 in this dress. Unfortunately, I had to squeeze into an 8. Overall, it turned out OK.

Beautiful yet understated dress
I loved this dress! I wore it to a springtime gala and it was perfect. I could easily wear a strapless bra without worrying about it showing. I'm 5'3" and wore 4-inch heels and it was still a tiny bit long, but I wasn't tripping on it. It fits TTS.

I got this as a backup dress. I didn't end up wearing this out, but I did love it.
I only got this in one size (4 - I typically wear between a 4 and 6) but it was really tight in the ribs. The zipper was really hard to get up, but with a little perseverance, I succeeded.

This dress was comfortable and stylish. Perfect for a wedding in NYC. I actually expected to wear the 6 just because I've been feeling fat lately, but ended up fitting into the 4 just fine. But the 6 would have been fine in a pinch. I considered wearing a belt with this dress, but it didn't really need anything else. Highly recommended!

I rented this to wear for a more casual night out during my bachelorette weekend. But it just didn't flatter me all that much, so I returned it. I rented a 4 and a 6. The 4 was pretty small so I planned to wear the 6. It just fit really strangely. The hips were tight and the stomach area was too gapey. It just didn't do anything for me. The dress itself is actually quite heavy, and there is very little give in the fabric. Oh, and there are slight shoulder pads, which is kind of off-putting. I think it looks great on all of the girls whose pictures are up on the RTR site, though. It's a beautiful dress - just not for me.

I rented this to wear for my bachelorette party in NYC. Usually, this style is flattering on me, but for whatever reason, I just wasn't feeling this dress. First of all, the bust cups are really small, even on a size 6. And the dress was especially tight in the hip area - and I even sized up to a 6, when I can usually wear either a 4 or 6. Plus, the material is one of those that, after you sit for 10 minutes, when you stand up, you've already got wrinkles going on in the lap area. It was beautiful to look at - it just didn't work for me.

Gorgeous! Dozens of compliments!
I wore this for my bridal shower and LOVED it. It fit perfectly all over - it was just really short, as others have said. I'm only 5'3" and I still felt self-conscious when I sat down or had to assume any position other than standing. Otherwise, the 4 fit exactly as I would have expected a 4 to fit. I didn't want to return this one!

Felt like a million bucks!
I usually wear a size 4, but I got a 4 and a 6. While I could probably have worn the 4 in an emergency situation, I would have felt self-conscious all night so I opted for the 6. If you're not bigger-busted, I think you'll find a lot of extra space to fill in the top. But I really loved this dress and felt comfortable and elegant all night. I got a lot of compliments!

Really cute for a casual-dressy look!
I got this dress as a backup just in case I didn't end up wearing my first choice to a holiday party. Since my first choice ended up working out, I had no other occasion to wear this one, so I just wore it to work with some black tights and purple heels. The 4 fit perfectly and the dress was really comfortable. It was dressier than what I normally wear to work, but it would be perfect for a fall/winter date/shower/casual party.
