Usually a size 4. I previously had a size 6 in a LIKELY dress so sized down 1, and chest was still too big. Would have done the 2. Nonetheless, the fit and length was perfect for an outdoor summer Colorado wedding and I received many compliments.

Would have rented a 4 if it was available, but the 2 fit nicely just a bit tight in the ribcage. Length was perfect and was not too long for a 5'6"er. Straps were not flexible at all and I worried they would snap if pulled too tightly. But they provided good support. Chest was lower than expected but probably would have had some room for tightening straps if size 4 was rented (more space in ribcage). Overall beautiful and received many compliments!
