Stretchy but not good for longer torsos
It was really cute but the boob area was not quite long enough so it didn’t fit right. If the smocked top was just a LITTLE longer it would have been great!

I loved this dress so much it fit perfectly everywhere... except my boobs. It would not button I was so disappointed. My boobs are not even that big.
