I walk to work so I wore this dress with sneakers and then changed into heels once I got to work. It was cute with both! So easy and comfortable. The one thing to note - if you're wearing this to work - is that there's a slit in the knit down the bust. Love this detail but not exactly work appropriate. I ended up wearing a nude tube top to prevent showing my bare skin/bra in the front.
