When your husband has to rent a tux as part of the wedding party you know you have to bring your A dress game, and this dress was perfect! The high-low hemline made the dress slightly less formal (which was perfect when many of the wedding guests seemed to miss the "black tie" mention on the invitation), while still being absolutely gorgeous. I received a ton of compliments and my husband couldn't stop telling me how stunning he thought I looked. The cinching at the waist was super flattering and the way the dress poofs out at the side really hides all matter of stomach pudge. I tried the dress with control top panty hose and without and there was no difference; so I got to enjoy the night control top free! Would 100% recommend this dress to anyone. Just a note if you do order it - I wore one of those sticky bras that just sticks under your arms, as the back is quite low. But the chest area is nice and tight so it really held everything in there.

My sister wore this dress for a February wedding on a cold and overcast day in Southern California, and it was absolutely perfect! I ordered her the 8L and 10R and both fit (the fabric is super stretchy!) but the length of the 8 was better with heels and it was slightly tighter which helped around the neck/shoulders as the fabric in the front does come up once in awhile. (With tape it probably would have been fine.) The dress was stunning and she received tons of compliments! My sister is a bit over 5'6", and about 155lbs - she wears a size 8 in dresses at JCrew and 29 in jeans. I would definitely recommend the long if you're planning to wear heels, her shoes were only about 2 inches and the regular was too short.

Wore this for a regular workday and a simple weekend outfit. I felt that the lines and geometry of the shapes added some nice detail to an outfit without being the center of attention. The chain is incredibly thin and delicate, which looks lovely. RTR did a phenomenal job packing and shipping it to ensure that it wouldn't tangle or break. Great little item!

I paired this with dark jeans and some glitzy jewelry from RTR for a cold New Year Eve in San Francisco. The decorative folds added a lot of uniqueness and character without trying too hard. Could have easily dressed up with a skirt or flashier pants. I really like the origami detailing of the folds, and how it accents the collar bone. It doesn't photograph well, as the folds rarely show up, but looks lovely in person. I went with the Small (backup was Medium) as the length was better for my short torso and it hugged my curves nicely. I really liked it, but wasn't sure about renting since there weren't any review photos. Glad I took the leap!

Absolutely loved these earrings and wish I could afford to purchase them. They are perfect for the holidays and add just the right amount of sparkle to dress up an outfit, for day or night. This was my first experience with RTR and I was SO happy from start to finish! The dress arrived on time and fit great! I usually wear a size 6, but with an ample bosom you never know if a dress is going to make you look like a floozy. I didn't end up needing the 8 I got as a backup! This dress has plenty of space in the chest area for the well-endowed, and hugs the stomach and butt in just the right way. I paired this with simple black earrings (although black statement earrings would have been preferable) and black high heels for a summer party. My fiance loved it!

I absolutely adored the accessory (earrings) that I received, however they did not go with the dress as I was hoping for. The dress I rented had a really busy floral patter and needed a solid color accessory to tie it all together. The accessory I received had a lot of small crystals in varying sizes and was too much of a statement to be worn with the dress. The mystery accessory was bittersweet because I wasn't able to wear it with the dress, yet I loved wearing it with my other outfits all weekend. It helped dress up casual clothes without being over the top! All in all I think I'll try it one more time to see if it's worth it!

I received this item as my mystery accessory and absolutely loved it! It didn't go with the dress I ordered at all, but I wore them with every other outfit all weekend! The variety of stones had a glamorous and almost art deco feel, yet the copper chain and triangular shape gave it a really hip, edgy look. I was obsessed with them and now wish I owned them! As other renters have commented, they're absolutely beautiful and not at all heavy! I also found that the size and length were perfect as they definitely made a statement without being cumbersome and overwhelming!
