Loved it!
Gorgeous color! But too large and blousy on top, too big in the chest for me, and too tight in the hips. Probably better for someone who isn't pear-shaped. Will try to re-rent in the next size up.

cuts the crotch
I am 5' and have a fairly short torso, and this romper cut off the circulation in my crotch. Technically, it fit, but was uncomfortable to wear.

I didn't like it as a dress because it would have required a slip to avoid being see-through, so I bought it and wore it as a shirt by simply tucking it in.

Tight rib cage for a 34-38 B.
I'm usually an XS-S in Farm Rio. I sized up from a small to a medium, but it was still tight in the rib cage. It fit everywhere else in both sizes, but I felt like I couldn't breathe in it due to the tightness of the rib cage. didn't wear it. Shame because the floral pattern is pretty and unique.

Basic Shmata
My grandmother would call this dress a shmata (IYKYK). On me, the arms were fitted/snug, but the chest, waist & hips were humongous in my usual size 4-6. Wrinkles easily and is basic, resembling something you can buy at Kmart.

This dress is darling.
Perfect for a Sunday brunch, work event, or other occasions. It's just darling. Lightweight, but lined (the benchmark of a quality dress) and has a gentle mini-cloud-like pattern. My only complaint is that, although it fit perfectly everywhere else, it was snug in the bust, and my chest isn't large. (36 -38 B), so it gaped at the placket between two of the chest buttons. However, I was able to quickly close the gap with double-sided fashion tape, but then the placket appeared ruched due to the pulling. I'm going to size up one size over my regular size and buy this dress because I love it. I'm 5' and it hit me right at the knees, making it perfect for work in the Summer. I paired it with espadrilles.

I loved the Versace-esque vibe of the large gold-tone buttons and gorgeous bold blue color but sweater dresses are really hit and miss for me. You would think that a dress with thicker fabric like this one would hide more body flaws, but it's the opposite. This dress reveals every dimple, wrinkle, nipple, panty line, and so on. Spanx are a must for a smooth silhouette. Bra straps show through. Even a strapless, backless stick-on bra revealed the curves of the underwire through the dress. It was punishing. As lovely as this dress was, I couldn't wear it.

Sophisticated.
Perfect LBD. The arms were a little long for me, but I loved all of the pleating in the back of the dress, so I folded the cuffs under. Sophisticated, slimming, comfortable, and cozy ribbed sweaterdress top, with a pleated skirt on the bottom. Derek Lam is the go-to designer for curvy or pear-shaped girls.

The dress fit fine, but the sleeves are a lot more bat-wing than depicted. They're almost cape-like, and the color combination is actually salmon pink with green (but looked like a more subdued beige and green to me on the model). I wasn't going to wear this dress because it was a little too weird/avant-garde and busy for me, between the color combo, handkerchief arms, and asymmetrical hemline, but another renter might love it for all of those reasons! But then I wound up buying it because it was only $35, and it travels well, and was perfectly lightweight for Miami, and didn't wrinkle.

Says "Mexico" on it. Looks like a postcard print.
I didn't wear this dress because, although it fit ok, the print, which I thought was just floral, is actually cacti and has the words Mexico, and other Mexican cultural references like Mexican pottery, on it. It resembles a vintage postcard from Mexico. I thought it might be too culture-vulturish, or look like appropriation for a white chick to wear, unless I was on a cruise to Mexico or something. It also has a very full skirt that was costume-ish for me, and the belt was way too long for the dress.

I'm normally a size 4-6, depending on the designer, and higher-end UK and European designers tend to run smaller than US designers. I initially ordered this dress in a UK 10, which fit, but was snug for an active day. So I reordered this dress in a size UK 12/US 8. There wasn't a significant difference – maybe an eighth of an inch wider but enough to fit a pair of Spanx. I might reorder it in a UK 14/US 10 (which is absurd. I've never worn anything in a size 10), but since this is a silk dress, it has zero give, and I want it to be comfortable enough to wear with Spanx under it. I had to wait 3 rent cycles before it was available. It's a popular dress. The oversized faux pearl buttons are just darling.

Elegant, You can't go wrong with Ralph Lauren
This dress is light to wear, and is dressier than your average everyday dress. It would be great for the office with a camisol underneath, for a date night after work (remove the camisol), or even for a rehearsal dinner/wedding guest. Flirtly ruffles, comfortable to wear, gorgeous blue hues. I paired it with sapphire earrings and colonial blue Louboutins, and it was a showstopper. I wore it again with nude Tori Burch ballet flats and it still worked. The blues range from baby blue to navy, but not sky blue. While the underlying hue looks yellow in some reviewers' photos, it's actually a celadon green. I loved it so much I bought it. Washed it on a delicate setting in the machine, hung it up promptly, and it was completely fine.

Comfortable but difficult buttons, loud print, great for curvy gals.
I burn very easily and struggle to find long sleeve summer dresses (to avoid farmer tanned arms) that aren't too hot to wear. This dress is perfect for that. It's very light, even with the lining. However, the buttons were very difficult to impossible to unbutton, so I gave up and slipped the dress over my head instead, which was easy to do because it was about a size too large for me, so I cinched the waist with the drawstring. The print is very tropical and loud. I thought about wearing red or green shoes to match the dress, but thought that would be too "resort wear"-ish for running errands in NYC, so I wore it with white tennis sneakers instead. The sleeves get wider toward the cuffs for a poet sleeve effect. Even though the sleeves look 3/4 on the model, they were a bit too long for me (covered my hands), so I pushed them up to my wrists because they have elastic, not buttons.

Seersucker, not celadon green
The picture makes this dress look celadon or hospital green, but it's actually seersucker stripes. It's well-made but wasn't flattering on me because I'm pear-shaped, so the waist was loose, but the hips and butt were snug, and the pockets flaps stuck out on my hips. I'm usually a size 6, but the XS fit me. This is a great dress if you're less curvy. It's classy and well made, but didn't look right on my body type. It's meant to look A-line, not bodycon, so I didn't wear it because I rented it for work on a hot summer day and didn't want to show off my booty. The dress is stretchy, but not forgiving. I'd need Spanx not to show any bra lines or tummy bulges.

The belt is too small
Like other users said, the belt is too small. It would be great if they could add one or two more notches to the belt because it is 2" smaller than the dress, when buckled. I couldn't wear it.

Frumpy on a short gal. Needs a bra.
It was a light, comfortable breezy dress, great for pear shapes. But because I'm only 5'0, the smocking made my torso disappear entirely and gave the illusion that my chest is sitting on my waistline – frumpy. I wore a size M and could have gotten away with a S + a push-up bra. The sleeves were bat wing/bracelet sleeves on me, several inches below the elbow, which I didn't mind. I wore it to run errands with wedges.

I am a petite, 5'0", pear-shaped, 140lbs, size 36B or 38B bra. I ordered this in a size 6, and it was loose/baggy in the waist and sleeves. I sized down, and the size 4 was too tight in the chest, which was surprising because I usually find the hips to be too tight in many dresses. I really loved this dress and wanted it to work, but unfortunately, it wasn't flattering in either size. If it goes on sale, I might buy the 6 and take it to a tailor to take it in.
