I wore this for a day with my family at the coast on vacation. I dressed it down with fancy white flip flops. It decided to be cloudy instead of warming up and getting sunny but that was fine. The dress was warm enough with a little jacket--all I had was a light workout jacket but it was the same color tones, so I just went with it. I read reviews earlier and noted it was going to be a snug fit around the back/shoulders for me, so I got the size 8 and it was perfect. Not too snug in the chest and not too big in the hips/butt. It was perfect-to-roomy in the waist. I could see where it could get wrinkly at waist if your too hot or it's too tight and you sit a lot, fortunately that didn't happen. Got this dress in the New York store and it was great to wear out in the city causally. It could be dressed up for church or a shower but too casual for a wedding. Very comfy thick stretchy fabric that helps smooth things over. I definitely would not have gone down a size, but I have a wide torso for my size, 35/36B, 5'2" and about 125 lbs. I'm a mom of many and don't have tight abs anymore but it didn't showcase that. The slanted strips was very flattering and made me look bustier than usual;), so that was nice. This dress came new with tags, so I know no on stretched it out yet, I can't say what happens after others have worn it a lot. This is a great option if you have unlimited, you can wear to work, out shopping, to kids events and look stylish with appearing to try to hard. I really enjoyed this dress! It was so comfy and easy to wear, and since we were having a family dinner I didn't feel like I needed it more fitted. If I had worn this to a reunion, it would be more flattering fitted. I'm 5'2" and about 125 lbs in this pic but I did have to wear a push up bra to make it look more fitted and flattering. If you have skinny arms then the sleeves may hang down annoyingly, but if you have really beefy arms, they may be too tight. I'd recommend getting this with a back up size depending on yours. It isn't really too fitted anywhere else, if anything, it's a bit baggy. I don't know how this would look on a really petite framed person, especially if they have narrow or sloped shoulders. In that case size down. This definitely would look great on hourglass or athletic fit. If you are pear shaped, it will depend on how much difference the shoulders and the hips are, the greater the difference, the less likely, as you need to size up to hips but the shoulders/arms/ribs will start getting too baggy looking.

This on-trend elevated everyday top is great. It's dressy enough to go out with the girls but casual enough to look like you weren't trying too hard. The material is soft and a bit thin, so it may show "jellyrolls" or muffin tops, unless you wear some support top underneath. I found it fine for me. I wore this top with skinny black pants and peep toe bootie-like medium heeled sandals. I could wear it all day and look very nice but not over dressed. I put on a necklace and wool fit-n-flare dress coat to take it dinner. My boyfriend said I looked really elegant and pulled together. This is pull on style, and it was very tight to get it over my head, (think circus-like maneuvers) and I don't think I have an especially big head at all! If it had at least a one or two inch, small keyhole button at the neck, it would be great. The material seems nice and thick and smooths over everything, and I think it would pack well too. I can see getting too hot in this if you are shopping a lot and wearing a coat, so I don't suggest wearing a heavy coat. I think it gets extra hot because it's so fitted at the neck. I did not think it was too fitted at the waist and actually loose at the peplum. If you are shorter like me but have fairly average torso, the length will be ok (even longer torso), but if you have a really short torso, then it's going to fall awkwardly low and too far below your hips. I'd wear this again or consider buying it and making modifications, just not for the 900 retail, or 350 buy option. Still too expensive to justify for me. But if the right lady has to dress like this everyday, then it's probably worth it, keep in mind it is "dry clean only" though.

This was not floor length on me as I read others that are short said, but it wasn't just past my knees either. I'd say it was a little longer than "usual" tea-length, so I wore black suede Mary-Jane styled high heels with ankle strap and a sexy stacked heel that was reminiscent of the 50's glam. The arms were just a smudge long and I just folded them under. The structure of this dress helps you keep a good posture and makes it sexier! The material is thick and stretchy and helps smooth things, however I would warn against going too small because even if you can squeeze everything into the dress, the bands of mesh will make it look lumpy, as the mesh doesn't have the exact same stretch. I wore a stick on bra and recommend making sure that whatever type of bra you wear, make sure the cups don't peek up or down into the mesh. I think it's ok if pretty bra straps have to show as long as they are slim and just go straight over shoulders. Anything with cups showing, even a little bit with my underwire strapless bra, really took the look down. I didnt wear much any jewelry (channel set diamond hoops) but I did wear an amazing fitted silk dress coat. It would be fine with a bangle or earrings. I'd probably stay away from a necklace, as it's so pretty at the neckline already. Regarding fit: if you are curvy, then the dress will ride higher than if you have a straight figure. That said, if you are very pear shaped, depending on the shape, the dress may ride up higher in the back or be uncomfortable to sit in, even if you go a size up. It would depend on how much bust and/or belly you have? I don't think the dress could handle much pulling in multiple directions and still retain it's effortless look? I think that's why some women were ok with the length and others found it awkward. Consider length in choosing your size also. Hope that helps and sorry I didn't get a picture without the coat.

I wear between a 4-6 and read the reviews that it can get snug at the chest, so I'm glad I got the 6. The neckline lends itself to showing off some subtle cleavage, which I did one night out for dinner, but it was more comfortable with a regular bra the second time I wore it for a family dinner. I'm 36B, with wide shoulders, so it would definitely be fine for all you 32BCD to 34BC. If you're packing more than that, unless you are very narrow, you would need to size up. I could see where this dress could flatten out a fuller bust. The material was nice and thick and the cut was a classic sheath. If you are wide in the hips or have lots of bottom, then it would probably ride up on the sides or gather and rise in the back. It was perfect for me though. The colors are muted and the fabric is textured but it very comfortable to wear and no itching. It hit me just above my knee. I wore this with classic T-styled blush and gold 2.5 inch heels and a chunky coral, cut quartz stone necklace. My adult kids were even impressed!

This was just too snug around the ribcage, but I'm wide, 36B with wide shoulders. It's very fitted in the torso and then feels very roomy in the butt and hips for me. The legs on the jumpsuit I received were much too long, even when I tried with 4 inch heels, I'm 5'2" and have short torso and regular legs. The material is substantial and has some shape so it's not flying all over. The flow of the wide legs is pretty classy. The color was more orange-red than blue-red (think Tomato vs Apple red). If you have the right shape, it would look super eye catching!

I keep trying to find a jumpsuit that fits, but no luck yet. I'm 5'2", HWP, I seem to be a little bigger in tops than pants, so dresses that fit well look best on me. I'm not busty, but have a pretty wide ribcage and broad shoulders. Frequently petites are too snug in the shoulders/underarms/ribs. This was a weird fit. The bodice was fitted and as a 36B the size 4 was pretty snug but I was able to zip it up.. It wasn't unwearable for this reason. The total length was ok with high heels. The crotch was so low that it looked ridiculous. This would look great on a pear shaped figure, allowing room for a bigger bottom. The material was lined and it felt really good quality. I don't recall there being stretch Someone that was 5'4-5'6", about 135-115, maybe 34B, that typically wears a 2-4 on top but wears a size 6-8 on the bottom would look great.

I wore this to a formal wedding where the bride asked family females to wear neutral colors from black to champagne. Since she wanted it glitzy, my sisters and I decided to really dial it up and wore fancy dresses (sequined or floor length, lots of bling rhinestones, even opera length gloves), which she totally appreciated. I had read the dress ran a little big and took that into consideration. At the time I weighed 135 and was not working out at all so it was tight around the shoulder blades so I skipped the bra and made it work. My sisters commented several times that it would have looked better with a bra (cuz they are mean). I'm only 5'2" and it did fit long on me but acceptable for my age. I own this dress now and will have it shortened. This dress was easy to walk around in, forgiving when seated for ceremony and after dinner. The material is thickish polyester blend with the sequins on it, so it will smooth out any pesky back-fat caused by bra lines, or I suggest wearing a sticky bra and avoid any rolls due to sleeveless and arm holes go a little low (at least for me).

I'll try to do this well, because if this outfit were to fit you right, it's gonna look amazing and be comfortable. Color: a great shade of dark orange, but not a burnt orange. This would look amazing on olive or tanned/darker skin. It may also look really striking on a redhead if they have really pale or porcelain skin (like Nicole Kidman). It may not look as good on the ruddy or freckled complexion as it will clash or make you look washed out. Material/Cut: Nice quality material with what would be a good drape on the right person. Since the cut was too big for me, I didn't think to get pics. I'm only 5'2" and this is more for a longer torso type body. I think if you are pear shaped you could still work it with a shorter torso, as the material will rise over the bum, then fall correctly. The top has an overlay that makes it look like a two piece from the front, so this is an awesome style to hide a little muffin top or sit and eat a meal comfortably. I think the trick to making this pantsuit work is taking into consideration of back/bust and hip/butt and relation to torso. If you are full busted and also hourglass, it might only work if your on the shorter side; a 5'9" would likely be feeling uncomfortable in the crotch. If your straight and narrow and tall/average, order your usual size and the size down. I'm wide at 36B and the 4 was totally doable around, but not vertically. Gals that are only 32 around may find it awkward and large under the arms and have trouble holding up the shoulder straps. If it sounds like it would fit, definitely give it a try. It's adorable

I received a black studded evening bag that had a long strap that was adjustable that could also be used as just a chunky clutch, which I preferred. I was able to remove the straps but had read others complained they could not and that would make the bag on the heavy side. There is a leather band that I would tuck my hand into to help support carrying this bag as the studs may poke you if carrying under your arm, depending on your outfit. It was a very good size for a night out and held my iPhone 6, money and cards, comb, gum, my glasses case (Rx sunglasses) lipstick and a portable charger. Keep in mind that I didn't have the strap in the bag but left it in the hotel room, the strap would have taken up about 25% of the space if I'd have had to carry it. I would totally recommend the stylist surprise if offered again.

I had ordered two other outfits for reunion but they didn't fit and RTR quickly sent me replacements. Awesome service. This dress is two toned, lined and has adjustable straps. It's a nice neckline if you have good shoulders and décolletage. I wore a slight push up bra and didn't care about the straps showing as they lined up with dress straps. Might not be as flattering on someone with a giant bust as it will make the little fine straps look ineffective and weird. Also a bigger bust and/or bottom is going to make it shorter. I'm short so I didn't have any problems with the length, however I almost wished there was a way to make it two inches shorter. The material is silky and the lining had a little stretch in it to firm things up. This is one of those pieces you could wear over and over, dressed up or dressed down but it's always gonna look classy. The major complaints I read in other reviews was that 1) it wrinkled easily (yeah it does some, but I wasn't going to be sitting much) and 2) some felt it was tight in the hips (not a problem for me). If your thicker through the hips this dress is going to be kinda tight for you, try sizing up. If you are a bigger woman with extra cushion (I call it my back fat) it may show under the armpits, and back of dress- try using sticky nipple covers and skip the bra that only emphasizes back fat. If you have really sloped shoulders, this isn't the dress for you as the straps will keep falling off you're shoulders.

This cute dressy romper would be a great addition to any woman's wardrobe as it's so versatile and easy to wear. The material is a bit thicker and helps to keep the edges crisp and clean (aka, hides side rolls!). I'm in Washington state so it's good for our weather, not sure about it being good for really humid areas (Like Florida) but it won't shed and stick to you like combed cotton at least. I'm short at 5'2" and it was fine from shoulder to crotch in the small. It was pretty fitted through the ribcage for me, but I'm bigger around than most women (36-38 B) and I'm used to that. If I'd have gone braless it would have been a bit more roomy but then I feel my breasts would pop out as it is cut very low. It may not seem as low to a really tall woman or with someone with a longer torso. I wore it with a sticky bra and was able to conceal it. In response to complaints about it being big or baggy or insanely too low, check their bra band size against yours. Mostly I saw women with 32 bands had the worst fit. There is a hook and eye in the V-neck part that you'll need to undo to step into it. It does have a side zipper that was super helpful but don't step into this outfit that way as its way too hard to get the armhole over your head. It would have been great if there had been snaps in the crotch. If I owned this that's what I would do. I didn't think it was too short and I'm 48, but some may want to consider the venue vs age vs audience for guidance on length, as its only about 3" inseam. If you have a big bottom it's gonna look like 1" inseam. If you do have a big bottom definitely size up. If you have huge bust this may not be your best choice, unless you're going for a stripper look--then go for it.

I got this in my unlimited, as I want to try different styles. My boyfriend said the dress has a Spanish-like flair, like a flamenco dancer! I wore shoes that fit the dance feel of this dress. If you are going Salsa dancing this dress would be perfect. There is a little ruffling in the front and back (on the butt) that is sassy. It's perfect to make butt look a bit more proud;) This dress was very comfortable on and flattering! There is a nude slimming slip with adjustable shoulder straps that comes with this but it's not attached. If you wanted to wear your own slip or power slimmer, you could. The burgundy overlay is a bit stretchy and form fitting without being tight at all. I have a little poochy belly and this dress made me look flat bellied! I wore a chunky necklace. If you wear a bracelet it should be smooth, as things can catch on the crochet-like material. The patterned lace is perfectly busy, so I don't think you need much jewelry. Used a shoulder bag in solid metallic burgundy that went perfectly. Again stay away from added patterns. Went great with my two-toned hair color (burgundy/brown). I wanted to wear this for a patio social however the small is very fitted in the ribcage area and unfortunately that's where I'm bigger. I think if I had someone to help me zip it, maybe it would fit but I'm really picky about tightness so I wouldn't have been comfortable. For reference I'm 36B and don't feel I'm busty but rather have a wide ribcage. I would have to get a medium for this to work and not sure what that does to the length. The back has an interesting design but did make getting into it a big awkward, so if you are not flexible, this isn't the dress for you. Also due to the twisting and ducking head through it, I suggest you put the dress on BEFORE you put on any make up, or finish your hair, as I could see that would be a mess and there is textured white material in this print that looks like it would grab make up off your face. The material is on the thicker side so I could see how it would be slimming, however it's cut like it's very summery but could get hot in humid areas. I'm only 5'2" and it looked like it would fall to about top of my knees if the small had worked. This would be perfect for someone that was 5'5", about 32D to 34C, not much bigger (in the small at least).

Got this with my unlimited and happy with membership so I can try new styles that work do or don't work for me w/o the rental expenses. The fit for me as a 5'2" woman was poor, as its much too long in the torso, so the crotch hangs low and the sewn-in belted area is too low. Maybe I have a short torso as I feel my legs are about average in length (petite pants often too short). This would be great on a woman who needs more room from shoulder to crotch because of big bottom, full bust, extra in the middle or just long torso. It did feel like is was roomy in the bust/back and that's unusual for me, as I'm pretty big around (36-38 B) in proportion to my size 4-6, ranging from 120-125 lbs. I was able to create a good fit had I been able to remove about 2inches in the middle. The material is kinda thinner than I expected, so if you have a lot of cellulite, I suspect it's going to show through (which isn't such a good look). I'd recommend Capri length spanks for most us gals over 35, unless you're in fantastic shape, as I usually don't feel too bad about my figure but I did after trying this on. If you don't have much of a butt, this pantsuit has back pockets that will help with that. The way the top fits is very flattering but you probably need at lease silicone nipple covers, as again, thin material. If you have great tanned shoulders this would look fantastic! The length was perfect as pants for me, however I would have preferred them more tapered. The loose leg is ok but in this style a more fitted leg would make it look sharper. In conclusion, it's a cute outfit, well made and seems easy to wear but didn't fit me correctly.

This dress is amazing on, but it has to fit. I tried on the EU44/US6 and it felt like an 8L. I wasn't holding much hope for the Eur42/US4, but it was perfect once zipped up. I definitely recommend getting the back up size and it depends where you are larger when picking which size back up dress to order. It's the most fitted from under the breasts to under the waistline detail, but not at all uncomfortable for me. This silver hard wear and lavender resin (?) flower with small rhinestones at the edges, is very pretty and quite a statement piece. Rented this for a date night while in Chicago. Ordered it online and had it delivered to the hotel , which I recommend if you are flying out of town. I'm only 5'2" and it occasionally grazed the ground in 4 inch heels. I got the shorter length available. It was roomy without being too big. Very comfy and I didn't pull or make adjustments. I needed the bathroom attendant to assist me with back and zipper, so keep that in mind, unless you get one of those go-girl cups (urinary diversion device to pee while dressed) which would totally work with this as it wasn't tight in the crotch, for me at least. I wish I'd have had one but then I don't know if I'd have had room in my bag, lol. The material was stretchy. It has a tank top style top and I wore a Nubra to avoid any bra lines and make it look natural. I'd consider buying this but modify it so the skirt is a little shorter for me and prefer the skirt to slightly overlap on the sides, but put slits on both sides, not just the left. Was unable to use the right sided pocket.

This little bag was great. Loved that it had the hand band on it so the weight was easy to carry. I didn't use the strap at all and unlike other reviews, I was able to unbuckle the buckle and slip strap out of the rings and leave the strap at home. I agree the strap was a little heavy and it didn't suit my smaller frame. I was able to carry my sunglasses case, iPhone 6, money, ID and credit cards, lipstick and comb. This is such a freaking cute dress! It's a mix of leather and a heavy material, not scuba thick but kinda thick. The bodice decorative straps and cut outs are so hip and the fit and flair shape keep it from looking sleazy. I had kept looking at this dress and it was never available in my size, so when it was I snatched it--but there was no back up size available. Well this runs small, and I did adjust for the European sizing. It fit good in the bust/cup size and I'm not huge, so I was hopeful. The length was appropriate for my age (or only a tiny short, as I'm only 5'2"). The problem was getting it zipped up. I'm used to having trouble with my ribcage and back being wide and unrelenting (not squishy chunky but muscular and upside down triangle), but this was excessive as it was too tight at the waistband and that thing wouldn't budge even though the other material was a little stretchy. I don't think the size up would have worked either unless this was just a wonky sizing issue with this particular dress. This is definitely perfect for hourglass or pear shaped ladies, as long as the width starts a few inches under the waistline. If you have a tiny waist then this dress will definitely show it off and you'll stop traffic.

This was perfect with the shoulderless dress style. I don't wear much jewelry usually and it wasn't too heavy or too big for my smaller frame. It had enough detail but wasn't overly busy. I would recommend wearing with the earrings. The chain laid well after I made sure it wasn't twisted. It has a strong clasp and is adjustable in length.

I don't think I'd want to dance a lot with them on, but I didn't feel like they were going to come off with regular activity. Not sure how it would be with vigorous activity like dancing all night. I'd worry about losing one.

I had originally rented the David Koma "dangerous minds dress" to go to Second city in Chicago (I had it shipped to the hotel to save packing space and have extra days) however that dress didn't fit at all around my wide ribcage, so I went to the Chicago store and picked this for a replacement. It would have been an additional $85 charge, however they have a promotion pack we bought, so I returned it and used the credit to apply to a new rental for the dress, earrings and necklace for $99, which was less than my credit. Fit: this was a size 8 in US sizing and I found it tight around the widest part of my ribcage. I usually fit size 4-6 with an athletic fit. I'm about a 35.5-37B, depending on the time of the month and my workout schedule. I think I was on the larger side this weekend. I wore a Nubra in 36B and it made it more snug than it had to be, but I wanted the girls up a bit. The body was loose and comfy around the waist and hips and flowed elegantly when walking. I didn't have trouble with the inner short skirt riding up but I could see this happening for ladies with thicker thighs/butts. The material is very nice. There were several hook and eye catches in back that helped it feel secured and I had to have BF do those for me. There is thin line of silicone around the top to help adhere to the skin. I wish I'd have had my adhesive-assisting roll-on stuff (totally helps, can purchase at medical supply store, used frequently for compression hose but works great for lingerie use and for my thigh highs) but I'd left it at home. I used fashion tape to keep the hanger ribbons from peeking out, especially the one between the breasts. This style dress does require a necklace and if possible pull up hair and adorn with flashy earrings. The dress is all black with large polka dots on sheer material and with a solid short skirt and upper is lined. I'm only 5'2" and it was tea length but that was fine with me. Showing that much upper body, the longer length on me seemed very respectable and I'm 47. If you are very tall or have a long torso, be careful where that solid skirt ends, as your panties will likely show. Recommend black or nude undergarments. The adhesive roll-on may be helpful to keep the skirt down or fashion tape for some ladies. I'd rent this again, but would be more comfy if I was a little more fit around the ribcage. Not the dress's fault;).

Went across the country for BF class reunion in RI and didn't want to pack the fancy clothes, so RTR to the rescue. I had RTR ship my package to the hotel and it was sitting nicely on the bed in our room. This is a little bit awkward to get on due to the straps. The insert piece between the boobs has buttons, so I unbuttoned it and that was very helpful, as I have broad shoulders. You can wear the insert off, partially buttoned or buttoned all the way. I wore it buttoned for this event. The sides were great and again I think because I'm wide at the ribcage that this wasn't a bother for me. I noticed that other reviewers complained about the top being too big (sizes 32/34) around had more trouble with material bunching. I'm a 36-38 depending on the day and my breasts are small but positioned perfect for this dress. I wore a nubra with this and it worked out great. 4 was snug around the ribcage so I couldn't have worn the size two. If you have broad shoulders this is a great dress to show them off. I didn't find the straps too long for the most part and I'm short. If you have some belly, this is where the dress is most fitted, so order for your waistline as there is no stretch to this silky material. The waistband was a bit bothersome after a few hours and I wore a comfy dressy skater-style dress to dinner. This dress is better for events that you won't be mostly be sitting. The cut looks casual however the material is formal and super pretty. I got several compliments from strangers and this color tone is great on darker skin. This might look a little awkward on ruddy or very peachy complexions because of the tone of orange, so keep that in mind. As usual the zipper was a little difficult going over the waistline. I looked pretty lady-like in this but with more side skin than usual. The length was appropriate for a reunion and my age.

This is very fitted and I didn't think it was going to fit but it's stretchy and not uncomfortably so. It really shows off an hourglass look and the way the lace overlay sits helps to hide all those little imperfections. I liked it so much I ordered it in black too. My daughter loves her dress.

This dress was a little heavy and warm for the humidity and heat of Miami Beach, but was still great! Stretchy and form fitting, could wear with or without a bra. I didn't wear shapeware and had a tiny pouch of a tummy, but I guess you could wear Spanx. I usually show a little tummy because I have a tummy! Lol It wasn't to hard for boyfriend to zip up and I didn't feel too constricted, but I recall reading that if Herve zips easily it's too big. I could have worn the small but I was planning on sitting for dinner, so medium was comfy. It may be funner to have it shorter, but I'm 47 and totally was appropriate. Can't wait to rent more of this designer! Rent the Runway has been great and shipped dresses for vacation to the hotel, saving me from traveling with them and having a few days extra on the back end. This dress was one of my boyfriends favorite rentals. He absolutely loved the color and traditional cut. I loved the ease of wearing this style, no bra required, and wasn't see-through. The pockets made it super convenient to use a small strap bag for wandering around. I wore it with minimal jewelry to keep the easy spirit and the summer feel. It went didn't wrinkle and was cool enough and fitted around the rib cage but not too tight. I would buy this dress.

I liked this dress so much in the black that I bought it in the purple/blue. It looks more lavender in the pictures than in real life, it looks more blue. It's super comfortable and that's always important to me. It's not too long at all. Makes my neck, shoulder and chest look really good! My daughter liked my black one so much she bought the green one in XS! I feel like this is a great go-to dress if your going out for dinner or kicking it with the girls an you want to dress up, but you don't want to look like you tried too hard. recommend for sure!

I really like this dress for going out to dinner. If I had a fancier job, it would look very stylish for that (but I'm a nurse and get to wear scrubs all day). I bought this dress and think I could have easily done the size 4, but I love the idea of having different sizes to work with, depending on my current weight for the week! lol I tried it on without a bra and was fine with it, pretty supportive and comfy. Makes me look more balanced with the the peplum. The fabric feels very nice and doesn't seem like it will wrinkle much if I'm sitting a lot, and doesn't "cut" me in the middle making some weird fat roll, so that's always great. lol. This fit great on her. I was surprised that she was able to get her breasts in there but with the open back, it is forgiving.
