The neck tie was little uncomfortable but I just ticked it down into the dress for the full off the shoulder look.

Beautiful Dress
This is a beautiful dress. It arrived in excellent condition. The fabric was a little thicker than it appeared from photos. Too heavy to wear in the warm weather in Florida. However, it is of great quality. It was too small to zip up. My fault for gaining weight. I will reorder a Medium and try again.

This deess was beautiful upon delivery. Nice heavy fabric. Quality made and in excellent condition. It was just too small to zip over my large bust 38D. I have gained some weight lately.
