Cute, fun, a little sci-fi!
This is a fun dress. Very substantial for winter. Comfy. Has a fun 60's Star Trek look. Definitely good for work or going out. Great with heeled booties.

Just okay. But nice
I like this dress. A lot. Just didn't have the umph I was looking for on date night. Fit nicely, draped perfectly and flattering overall. Just didn't wow me. I went with something else. I would consider it again for a dressy day event or a dinner out with the parents at a "nice" place.

Yikes! Not for me.
Wow. This didn't work on my body. Tried several different sizes. I'm NOT afraid to show side boob, cleavage, low low cut, super mini hemlines, skin-tight - but this was just weird. I looked trashy, and not in a good way. The puffy shoulders on my already broad shoulders looked very drag-like. I think if I had a bigger chest, it would have worked better. Wanted to love it, but nope.

Loved it so much I bought it.
It's just a big ol' black sweater, but it's awesome. Worn as a dress w/sneakers, heels, booties and everything in between. Wear it with jeans at least once a week. It's super warm for winter, but Ithink it will carry into spring and fall. It's not itchy-wooly, not flimsy cottony. Holds its shape. so you don't look like a big Hefty bag (although that's kinda what it is) at the end of the day. Looks trendy fast-fashion but is definitely not. . Definitely works for carpool, work, bowling, 'cool casual' night out as a dress with cool heels/booties.

The fact that I can't afford to buy this is a tragedy! This is a perfect garment.
Looks SOOOO good on. I'm on Unlimited and i'm definitely hogging the size 4. Sorry girls! Worn it with jeans, 'leather' moto leggings. Would be amazeballs with cute tap shorts and heels/ankle booties, but it's still too cold here. I'll get it again when the weather warms up, don't worry! Mine came w/out the belt, but I don't miss it. RTR offered to replace, but I didn't want to part with it :) The generous stretch made it super comfortable - usually these off the shoulder numbers aren't great for anything but posing, but I could rock a Warrior 1 AND 2 in this. Not sure it's for ladies with big boobies as the chest fit quite well on my B's. Def size up if you're a C+. I have very broad "athletic" shoulders. It fit perfectly there too, which is rare. Also - made me look WAYYYYY skinnier than I am, lol.

It was my birthday!
Plenty of room. I'm thin with a large frame, so dresses are hard. fit my 36 B- chest with plenty of room to spare. I was pulling it up, but I think a slightly fuller chest would have solved that.

Haven't worn it yet.. just tried it on!
Bought this for $40! Because I loved the dress, and it was $40, I got two because I'm difficult to size, with the plan to gift the extra to a bigger or smaller friend, depending on how things went. The thing looks TINY, but it's true or large for size. I'm an athletic 130lb 5'8 gal with a large frame (ie dainty dresses do NOT fit me) and the 4 has lots of room even for my 36 inch, B- chest. If you're 'aspirational' at a size 4, go for it. Has a little give as well for broad shouldered broads such as myself. The 6 was ginormous on me.

Cute dress, kinda.
Didn't end up wearing. Did a last minute change. I was choosing between two dresses. It was just 'meh'. Fit comfortably. Almost too comfortably for a size 0R. At 5'8, if I'm in a 0, I imagine smaller ladies would be swimming in it. The cute flouncy details on the shoulders were a let-down. they were flopped over and looked messy - you couldn't tell what they were. Fabric is super soft and silky and pattern super cute. The pink splooshes are awesome! Way more casual than I thought it would look. I tried it on with a pair of "character" shoes - heavy heeled patent Mary Janes and tights and a little black moto jacket - it was a cool look. Just not for a dress up night.

looks great, feels awful.
It's a nice dress. Very flattering. Looking at myself in the mirror, it looked awesome- just like the model in the photo. Exactly what I expected and wanted. Here's the thing. If you're tall-ish, have broad shoulders or what I'm coming to realize is an 'extra large' ribcage, this will make you CRAZY uncomfortable. I'm generally a 2/4 and wore 2 as the 4 was unavailable. It fit, I definitely did not LOOK like I stuffed myself in it - no bulges, rolls, pulling or anything like that. The boobies looked great & were appropriately contained with no bra, no fears. Length was perfect - I'm totally comfortable in shorty-short skirts. But OMG, you guys ... the waist was REALLY high up my back -about where a bra would hit- making it challenging to inhale. There's zero give- the band is structured. The sleeves were, no joke, 3 inches too short on me. They hit so high on my forearm I couldn't button both buttons and bend my arms. I can't imagine sizing up would gain me 3 inches of sleeve. TMI, but my underarms were actually chaffed - and I have skinny toned arms! If it wasn't fitting well because my blubber was in the way, I'd say fine, but that was not the case. Definitely proportioned for a much more petite person. In short- could not WAIT to get out of this dress. Sad face.

Perfect bit of bling!
This was my mystery bling and just the right thing for the dress in the photo. I had planned on a long thin simple necklace, but this was definitely the right choice. I wouldn't necessarily buy it, but was glad I had it.

A great time with friends and family.
LOVED this dress. Unfortunately, they didn't have in my preferred sizes due to a late return.(RETURN ON TIME!) Tried it in a medium, but it was too sloppy on me. With all the flounces and tie and low cut, it should fit snug to be flattering. All for the best -it was much more of a warm weather dress - the material is a nice light cotton. Will definitely try again in Summer!

Rent the Runway helped me clean up real good :)
This was my alternate, but tried it on and took pix. Fit great everywhere. Super cute and fun. Appropriate for fancy or just a fun night out. The best part of it is the "wings" on the shoulders. It would have been lame if they didn't stay structured but the material is very sturdy and kept it's shape. Would have chosen a size down if available for it to be perfect-perfect, but the 6 looked great. If you're smaller on top, maybe size down. Had to keep pulling the shoulders back up due to a lack of boob to hold them tight. :)

Even your grandmother loves this dress.
Fit to size, but I have no butt/hips/slim arms/minimal boobage. If you need any extra room at all in any of these places, there is ZERO give in this dress. I def needed a little "encouragement" from the BF to get into the 2, but once in, I think it fit perfectly as intended. I could eat, drink AND breathe all night. Sized up definitely would have looked sloppy. Order your 'reach' size and your 'safety' size. Definitely make sure you have someone to zip you in, regardless. I'm a 34-36B, but despite the very open neckline & low cut, absolutely zero boobie issues for me. No engineering or tape needed. I didn't feel exposed or immodest at all. The reviews? Yea. People love this dress. All people. Rent it. Paired with some (very) fast fashion Christian Siriano for PayLess (which also got great reviews!). No need for more. The dress does all the work. :)
