Pretty, conservative, comfortable... very feminine
This felt great to wear. The fit was tailored and feminine. Pleated cuffs were distinct, comfortable, and pretty. The design was bold and classy. I wore with a navy skirt and heels for a professional, yet pretty, business casual look.

Cute, sporty and well-made (mostly)
I loved the material and how it felt on with the smooth lining. I rented MR and imagine a larger size would have hung on me but M was a bit snug around my waist (more an issue with my waist than the dress). I wore shapewear and it hung nicely. The belt is actually good camouflage. The chest was a little tight and I had to pin between two buttons because of gapping. The buttons were a little small and I had one that easily came undone if lightly brushed by my purse strap leading to an awkward moment at an event. Maybe I could try it in a large ..

Beautiful but short, small, and thin
I was trying to decide between an 8 and 10, and went for the 10. Even that was too small overall, including chest (not usually an issue for me) and length. It is also really sheer and light. But it looks beautiful, dramatic and elegant. I wore it on Zoom and had several comments about how nice I looked. I might try the 12 someday, especially because I would love to try it with the matching skirt some day. But I'm not sure about the sheerness of the top...still would need to navigate that to stay professional.

Elegant and fun
Nice material, conservative cut, but fun and festive. I worried it was too short for a black tie wedding but it was elegant with a statement necklace and clutch, and gold heels.

It runs very small and tight in the arms. I had to go to the XL. It was also quite warm. Very sparkly. But quality, gorgeous, and polished for when you are comfortable being the focus of the room.

The color was definitely more purple/pink that the photos show, but it would have been nice with the right outfit. On me the pockets poofed out at my hips in a distracting, unflattering way.

Felt and looked professional and pretty.
I loved it...the fit, the flounce in the shoulders, the color. It has a brown contrast to the blue, so even more unusual than a typical black or navy blazer. Glad to see RTR carries this in other colors as well.

Elegant, comfortable, and fun. Perfect for a black tie gala.
I wore this for a Black Tie gala. I loved how it looked and felt, but the low neckline was too revealing to wear around professional colleagues so I covered up with a sheer black wrap. I felt elegant and pretty, and loved how roomy the fit was so I could enjoy the evening.
