Lovely dress!
The detailing on the dress is beautiful and the blue is so vibrant. I was in between the size 2 and 4 but ended up wearing the 4 as I wanted to be able to dance and eat comfortably. The dress came to just above my knee. With the length and higher neckline, I felt that the dress was a bit mature and not quite as playful. The fabric is not sheer so no issues with what to wear underneath.

Loved this dress. It was fitted around the bust and had a very full, playful skirt. The color is vibrant and flattering. Be sure to wear a strapless bra with this as the back has the cut outs.

I got so many compliments on the dress and loved posing for photos all night.
Like many reviewers said, this dress can be a bit long if you are petite, hitting just below the knee. It's fitted, but I did find the shoulders a bit broad and was afraid the clasps in the back would get undone by being loose, but that wasn't an issue at all. Everything stayed put.
