Too small on hips. Way to big at chest and too long in top/torso

Made for people with really long waists.
I don't have a short torso but this dress made me feel like I do. The part that gathers hit way below my waist and hips. Felt like I was playing dress up as a kid. Fit was awkward so I didn't wear it. Rest of the dress felt a bit too big.
