Initially questioned why I rented - grew to enjoy it!
Initially gave pajama, cheap polyester vibes. I then wore it with a gold necklace and relaxed pants and grew to really enjoy it. Kind of a faux disco era feel. Sized down, and could size down further. Unique color and piping. Glad I rented it!

Slightly sharp sequins, esp around the wrists and sides of the neck
Sparkly. New with tags. Nice structured shoulders and quilted interior. Button holes are a little tight so be prepared to work if you want to use the buttons. I liked the jacket but glad it's a rental. The buttons feel a little ... cheap? too shiny, silver-tone? Nice as a rental.

Love VB jackets!!!!
Hands down, some of the best jackets. Structured shoulders without an absurd amount of shoulder padding. I have regular- narrow shoulders and this is my go-to brand for renting nice jackets for work presentations, board meetings, fancier dinners, wanting to feel elevated 'adult' in my look. Tried a 10 instead of a 12 and it looked a little more tailored to me.

S fits better in the shoulders and chest. There are small slits to the shirt on the sides which could get you to flash some belly if you're not careful. Needed a steam before wearing. Great lines and neckline. Elevated casual.

Magnets don't align properly to close
I think one of the magnet closures is sewn into the bag backwards, causing the magnets to slide past each other, making the bag mostly unusable since it stayed open. Quality was okay but it was a forgettable rental.

Comfy in warmer weather. Great color. Warning that the lower front portion of the shirt (below the two palm trees) is fairly open. You will see the cups of your bra. If you don't wear a bra, prepare to be fairly exposed, especially if you raise your arm. Would be a cute swimsuit cover up

Likely a better fit for shorter folks/ those with a shorter torso/ those who love to show off their midriff. The model in the photo is wearing super-high waisted shorts - not my style. I thought about wearing a thin base layer shirt for a cool effect, but kept choosing other things, instead. Loved the color and the fabrication. Small silver-tone brand tag on the back near the neck.

Less glamorous than in the model photos
I used this dress as a base layer under the Hatch Tuscany Dress because I was in a bind (super low cut). By itself, this dress seemed a bit random. The top felt like a stretchy nightgown with a droopy neck, and a poofy skirt that wasn't super flattering to the belly, where the two types of fabric joined. Maybe someone with better merchandising skills could make this dress really shine.

My size wasn't available so I sized down one, hoping this gorgeous dress would fit. Nope. Great length but zero give in the torso and hips. I couldn't get the zipper closed. Even if I couldn't gotten the zipper closed, zero chance of sitting down. Returned immediately and got something else.

Fit perfectly in the shoulders, arms, skirt, and the color and fabric are terrific. I wore another dress under this dress, to cover the chest and to add a bit more volume to the skirt. I'm tall, so I could wear All Birds shoes under the dress(es) and my feet felt great all night!

Great fit but not flattering
I need to stop falling for the model photos and be realistic when I'm choosing my rentals- it looked like a plain, oatmeal-colored piece of clothing that needs steaming. I love that it's a natural fabric. The dress fit me well, but looked a bit like a sack.

I had plans to wear this with an artsy linen dress I also rented. I ended up never using either. There are technically three interior sections, but the outer two are really thin and wouldn't hold more than folded cash or credit card & ID. The center section fit my phone but not much else. It's heavier than you'd expect. I ended up using a small day pack, instead.

Well made. Great size. Looks expensive. Useful handles. Interior zipper pocket. 2 Small round magnets built into the lining discretely help keep the bag shut.
