Comfortable and casual dress
Don't need a slip. Was overall too big on me. If you're creative, you may be able to dress it up enough for some workplaces. Has a pleasant feel and the color is a little more subtle than it appears in the photo.

This dress is classic and classy, but you need to have the right slip on hand. It's slightly see-through the way around. True to size. The XL ended up being too big for me all over. The arms are particularly loose, so this is a good dress if you keep running into tight-fitting sleeves.

Runs large, size down with shapewear
Shapewear isn’t necessary unless you’re between sizes. If you are, size down and slip into some spanx. This dress has a vivid color and a scuba like material, no limited wrinkling which is a nice bonus. However the dress does get a bit looser and longer as the night goes on. Hence, size down.

Lovely in person, right at busy
This is a beautiful color that I liked a lot more in person. But of a glamorous mermaid vibe but I liked it. Great height for someone around 5’4” with heels. The problem is the bust is tight right tight! If you’re more than a 34D I wouldn’t risk it. My dress fit beautifully except I couldn’t zip up the chest. 36DDD just doesn’t work!

High quality, looks chic and interesting
I'm trying to figure out my fit in this brand and this was too large. You can probably select a fit similar to a Lauren Ralph Lauren on other fit that aligns closely with department store sizing. This is a great dress! It looks formal and would be appropriate for black-tie or a gala, but it's still more fun and whimsical than your average formal dress. Wouldn't need a slip to wear it and it doesn't wrinkle easy. Will probably rent again to try to size it right.

Tight arms, great for longer frames
Loved this as someone on the petite side, but extra fabric suggests it'll be a real stunner on someone taller. The tight arms make it VERY hard to get the back zipper up all the way. Your arms are too restricted to bend enough to zip! I paired with with a black blazer and red jewelery.

Great for petites, but size up one!
Loved these as someone with a 27.5 inch inseam - so nice to find a pair of lower rise jeans that flatter my height. Just order one size up. Thights and waist definitely run small.

Gorgeous dress, very modern and striking
This dress is great, but fits more like it's a size eight that's been shrunk about 10%. I'm probably five pounds over my usual weight after a few vacation weeks, but my usual outfits fit fine and so did my other rentals. However, I needed help zipping up the top of the back and there was too much cleavage spilling out in the front. It's very shaping, so it still looked flattering everywhere else and I could've gotten away with wearing it. However, not comfortable to spend an evening in. Recommend ordering one size up. The dress itself is BEAUTIFUL and on my short list to order again in a larger size. If you have broader shoulders, this is a great choice. Enhances an hourglass shape, if you have one, and I think it would flatter most body types. Bold, deep red color in person.

Showstopper and very comfortable!
I'm 5'3" with shorter legs. The slit was doable for me without a slip, but I kept a close eye on it just in case. Has a dramatic effect when you walk, for usre! Dress also makes arms and stomach look thinner - much needed after a few carby-heavy vacation weeks for me. Was comfortable enough to eat a heavy dinner in, and not too warm or too hot - could wear in weather up to 75 degrees and be pretty comfortable. I wouldn't suggest wearing it in muggy heat, however. The dress was in fantastic condition but needed a quick steam before wearing. It will wrinkle again once it's on, but it's draped in such a way that it's not noticeable. While it shows a lot of the neck and chest, it's classy and modest on someone with a larger bra size. Strapless bra recommended. Just watch out for the slit! I was so sad to take this dress off and went to look up how much it would cost to buy - ouch, not in my budget. Very grateful to have been able to wear it for an evening!

Job interview or important meeting dress! Rent it!
Wore this dress paired with a RTR blazer for an interview I was super excited about and got offered the role. This was extremely flattering, minimizing my large chest and any bumps around my waist and hips. Weirdly, this dress makes your butt look fantastic, too. I have a 27.5" inseam and the dress hit a finger's width below my knees, extremely appropriate for an interview at a formal workplace. This dress was comfortable through a full twelve hour day and through two meals. Definitely in my top five on RTR!

Beautiful design, have to have precise shape to match it
The color and design of this dress is beautiful, and it looks lovely in person. However, it really didn't flatter me. It fit well on shoulders, bust, and a little loose on the hips - but it was huge on the waist and back. That extra fabric draped badly and highlighted every bump on my mid-section. I put it on with seamless underwear and tights, which usually solves such problems, but the dress just showed the line of the tights clearly. Somewhere out there is someone with the perfect shape to show off this dress. Unfortunately, I'm not that person.

I LOVE THIS BLAZER
I'm 5'3" with slightly short arms, and the length on this made it look tailored. The shoulders have a little pop but don't overwhelm broad shoulders. Length is perfect for my height. Real danger of me keeping this one. There is some texture to the fabric which IMO makes it look more sophisiticated. Lastly, I wore it for the most important interview of my life and I got an offer! Made me look and feel very put together.

The collar is a bit loose w/ extra room in midsection on both front and back. Length is very flattering and pattern is slimming, except where extra fabric bunches up. Love the arm length and very subtle puff on shoulder edges.

Fit me well on bust, but midsection is too large. May try medium in the future. Scults body well, heavy dress that catches light beautifully. I am 5'3" with 27.5" inseam. Dress hit at about three inches past knee and looks great there with a pair of heels. Rented for a 1920s themed event, and felt like it was a good match.

Love it despite how ridiculously small it is
OK, so this dress wrinkles and you have to safety pin it to within an inch of its life. The real obstacle is if you're a C cup and/or have a band size over 36. Then you're in for a personal project, even with a small waist and narrow hips. The design is beautiful, flattering, and worth taking a shot on. If you can wear a Nanette Lepore or Ralph Lauren 10, I would take the chance. If those sizes are a squeeze, miss this one.

Great for work or a day out. Bell sleeves usually feel too long especially for us shorter women, but the sleeves on this were comfortable and fitted well. Lined enough that you don't need an underlayer. Try it with teal jewelery!

Very flattering structure and design!
Updated review at a lower weight - sized down to an 8, still loved it. I've rented this dress three or four times. I would buy, except I'm hoping to need a smaller size again in a few months. I recommend pairing with a lavender blazer if you have one - looks great as a pair. If you're trying to dress around the covid weight, this is the dress for you. Works with a regular bra despite wide neckline, lined well, no spanx or slip needed. The design elongates your body, which made me look at five pounds lighter immediately. Will definitely rent again. I just rented the RL dress that is very similar but black with pink flowers. If you're deciding between the two I would say this one. The black one is still flattering, just feels less stylish than this version.

Like the design, but not a work dress for busty women
I rented this thinking it would be a perfect basic to pair with blazers for work. For many women, that will work fine but if you are large chested and prefer not to accent that fact at work, this is not the best choice. Cleavage city, even with bra changes. A surprisingly great choice for a date or night out. The fabric says work dress but the low cut in front and the zipper in back really call attention to the curves, in a super flattering way. Doesn't wrinkle easily and roomy.

Love the print and high neckline
This is a comfortable dress with a beautiful design. Fabric is denim which I enjoyed! Dressed up with heels for networking event. I like high necklines because it gives me more options, and this dress is a great example of a flexible, comfortable, gorgeous outfit. I did feel like it was a tad roomier than DVF dresses I've rented before, but not so much I would advise sizing down. Just be aware it's structured but not closely fitted.

You can eat a big meal in this and feel good, but still TTS and fitted! Dress down with jacket or up with jewelery. Lightweight bra with straps works fine, despite wide neckline. Great for a larger bust when you want something more modest or work appropriate. Very classy and feels high quality. Because the widest point hit my hips, I would only wear with high heels to keep the lines smooth. Fabric is soft and the texture adds interest. Beautiful, comfortable dress.

I'm 34 DDD and the size 10 fit well in the chest. It was a bit loose over 30 inch waist and comfortable with my larger hips. The design is slimming and adjustable straps are great, but for larger busts this will not be work appropriate. It is lightweight so I squeezed it in as temps dropped. I love the fabric and would love to see more silk options for RTR dresses. The only con is that silk wrinkles, but hanging it up while I showered took care of the worst of it!

These were comfortable but oddly stretchy
These are high rise on someone with an inseam of 28', so take that into account. But there's a lot of extra fabric around the stomach and there's too much stretch for the midsection. I usually like the high rise style because it firms up that area while still being comfortable, but I felt self conscious sitting down in this. It pushes everything extra to come together right around the belly button. Wearing it with tops that covered the stomach worked out fine. You can sit and work in this or go on a walk. The leg length was okay for someone petite, but I did have to tug things in place to go all the way up my thighs and not hang down. If you're in between sizes, maybe this is a pair to try to size down on to see if it helps. These jeans overall seem less high quality than a brand like Madewell or 7 For All Mankind, but still a step above somewhere like Talbots. The rear pockets do have random extra fabric sitting in them, which is both weird and kept making me think I needed to pull a note or elastic out of the pocket. I do like the zippers sitting at the bottom. They're very small and subtle, but add a nice flair.

Lovely, NWT, too big!
I'm actually a few pounds over my profile weight - 180 lbs at 5'3.5 - and the XL was too big on all counts! There was fabric everywhere - no way to make it look like I was wearing something that fit. The good news is I think you can size down and feel good about it. The shirt came new with tags and really looks beautiful in person. I think it may wrinkle a bit, but not as much as I was thinking when I ordered. Could probably get away with more than one wear.

Highlights curves well, a bit too high waisted
Second time renting these as I've been losing weight over the past year. Last time this worked well (I was around size 12-14) but around size 10 it feels too high wasted. Didn't go too far past my ankle, but went about four inches over my belly button. When I sat down I felt like I was wearing a fanny pack!
