Runs large
The whole suit runs large, but even in the smaller size the double breasted style made this a lot to style. This worked well for me when buttoned but would have been tough to wear in any setting more casual than my business formal conference.

Great fit except for the wedgie
These would have been a great spring work pant and fit me well in the wait, hips, and length but by two blocs from my house they had ridden all the way up into a wedgie that just wouldn't quit! Maybe would work for someone with a low waist or super flat behind?

Fab suit, blazer is GIGANTIC
Loved this suit. Blazer runs super oversized. I started with a 40 and had to return for the 38 which was still large in the shoulders. It worked as the oversized look but only with the buttons buttoned and sleeves pushed up. Will try again with a 36!

Gigantic arm holes
I don't know if this is to try to accommodate larger busts like mine or what, but the arm holes in this vest were barely work appropriate a tank underneath. Loved the set otherwise so this was a real bummer.

I really wanted to like these. The seam is interesting and the wide leg seems like it should look nice. I think maybe the fabric isn't structured enough? Overall they were just super meh.

I wore this for a dinner date and loved it, but had to spend quite a bit of time getting the faux wrap secured in the right place - without fashion tape or a safety pin, it is SUPER gapey.

Daytime event option
This was the extra option RTR sent me when the dress I ordered ended up unavailable. The pants fit well, true to size, but the pattern is just close enough to upholstery that you need to be heading to a daytime event (garden party, bridal shower) to pull them off. I didn't have the bustier to try but you definitely need something fitted on top, it looks frumpy with flowy blouses.

Greek goddess with a print
I was afraid this dress would read a little mother of the bride given the ruching and the shoulder detail, but the light blue plus bright pink pattern saved it. I felt super comfortable even with the high slit of the wrap. The 12R was unavailable at the last minute so I was stuck with the 14R, and it gaped a little on the strapless side but nothing I couldn't fix with a safety pin.

Gorgeous cut and color, needs a lining
I loved the cut and color of this dress - super flattering. It felt tighter than I expected and was really glad I went with the 12 instead of the 10 (could not have worn the 10 to work for sure). The only complaint is that the dress isn't lined - I needed to wear with tights given winter weather and it needed a slip.

Super meh blazer
The cut of this blazer is fine, pretty boxy. I found the fabric to be really slumpy even when I steamed and then ironed it - just wasn't as crisp or structured as it needed to be.

Gorgeous flowy blouse
I have rented this blouse in M and L and am right in between the sizes. The arms are designed to be flowy/blousey but they are slightly out of proportion to the shoulders/chest of the top overall (ie, the arms are larger). I loved the design so much that it was worth wearing the L to accommodate my busty self even though the arms ended up a little looser than I would have liked. Got tons of compliments from colleagues. Top works with pencil skirts, pants, blazers. Strongly considering buying it!

Okay work pant, sags with wear
Rented this for work. The color is a nice change from all the neutrals in my closet without being so bold that it's only good for summer. I wore these a couple of times and didn't love the fit, especially the second wear - they definitely got saggier with wear! I have a Theory suit in the same size that fits better and doesn't sag so was surprised.

Runs large! I wore a 10 and it fit like a 12. I didn't realize online it is a tuxedo pant with a ribbon stripe down the side and no belt loops. Great summer color, will rent again!

This is a really beautiful skirt and is high quality enough for a professional setting. I'm between sizes and since 10 wasn't available, I went with the 8 - it was way too small for me. While it technically wrapped fine at my natural waist, way too much of the lining panels showed. I'll look for it again in a larger size!

Great color for island wedding
I rented this dress as my backup for a fall wedding on Nantucket and ended up wearing it, was a great choice for the wedding. I am currently four months pregnant and I have a little bit of a bump, so the sheath was great and forgiving of my slightly larger-than-usual belly and bust. It was a little short--I was hoping to be able to order this in both an 8 (my normal size) and a 10 (for length given my extra girth) but the 10 was unavailable. The 8 was definitely shorter than I would have liked and it stopped me from throwing my hands up in the air with abandon on the dance floor, but it was totally fine for dinner and chatting and more cautious dancing :)

Gorgeous, flattering dress for daytime events
I rented this dress for a summer wedding with a church ceremony and reception elsewhere. The style was perfect for the event - classy for daytime but enough fun to fit in on the dance floor late at night. I ordered an 8 and 10 and the 8 fit super well; I'd say this is somewhere between "true to size" and "runs large" so if you're between sizes plan accordingly. Of note, the patterns on the 8 and the 10 were not the same, and the coloring on the 8 was prettier so I was glad that one fit!

Great earrings, pretty heavy by the end of the night
I ordered these to go with the Lela Rose splish splash dress, and they looked great. The earrings are pretty heavy though, so by the end of the wedding I wore them to I definitely felt them on the dance floor. If you're someone with sensitive ears, would think twice.

Super cute party dress, definitely need to size way up
This was my back-up dress for a wedding, and I liked it enough to wear it to the post-rehearsal dinner events. As other reviewers have noted, you have to size way up - I am usually an 8 and wore a 14 and it fit pretty well. The dress is short and the bust is small/in a weirdly high place, but the bar we were in was dark so people could see the great floral pattern and general shape but not the weird seams on the bust. The neckline also makes it somewhat difficult to wear a regular bra; you could do a cross-back strap or a racer-back bra or a strapless, but not a standard bra.

Fun dress, arms are tight
I ordered this dress for New Year's Eve and the style was great. The body of the dress fit great and I loved the colorblocking, but the arms were tight and I definitely had limited shoulder mobility. I ended up not wearing this dress because of the arms issue. Not sure if a larger size would have fixed the issue.

Flattering fit and pattern, great party dress
This was the emergency backup dress that RTR sent when the dresses I had ordered for New Year's Eve didn't work--and it was perfect. I usually wear an 8 or 10 so I tried both the M and L, and thanks to the holidays the L fit a little better. As other reviewers have noted, the design and fabric of the dress is flattering and shaping, and I felt great wearing normal undergarments and did not need spanx.

Flattering and elegant dress for formal affairs
I wore this dress for a charity ball and it was great, though in December it was definitely one of the least shiny/blingy dresses at the event! I ordered the 8L and 10L; the 8L was a little big and not that long--wore it with tiny 1/2 inch wedges--and the 10L was huge on me.

I ordered this as a back-up dress for a black-tie wedding and ended up wearing it rather than my primary dress. The dress is really gorgeous; the red is a great color and the fabric is heavy enough to carry off the color and style. It definitely runs large, though--I wish I had had a 6R as a backup since the 8 was a little big on me (really a true 8 most of the time) and was also a little long even when I was wearing 3" heels. I got a lot of compliments on the dress and loved being able to wear one strap on my convertible bra with this.

This dress runs true to size--I was hoping that it would run slightly large since it was only available one size too small for me. As others have noted the color is definitely hot pink and not red. The draping of the dress is bust-minimizing but still leaves the impression of a bit of a tummy. Would probably work well belted.
