The black band made it a no go :(
I believe if I had gotten a medium it would have fit great, the black band (as others have said) has Zero Give. So I was afraid once I ate dinner in the dress I would have love handles hanging over the cut outs. Super cute, but ran tiny for me.

Loved this dress!!
I usually wear a 6 but have hips, so sometimes need to size up. The 6 fit but was super tight, the 8 was perfect! I felt beautiful and got compliments all night!
