I rented 6 petite and 8 petite. The 6 came off of the hanger during shipping and was super wrinkly so I wore the 8 and I do not think it was truly a petite like the 6 was. I wore tall heels and had to kick it when walking so as not to step on it. If you can squeeze your bust into the smaller size you’ll be more comfortable as it doesn’t slide down. I loved this dress just would’ve been more comfortable in one size down and a petite length.

I ordered a 6P and 8P. The 6 was so tight across my legs that I wore the 8. I had read another review that it seemed like the material around the tummy area had previously stretched out by someone pregnant and that was my same experience with the 8. But I wanted to dance and the 6 would not have accommodated any leg movement. A little stiff and scratchy for a summer Texas wedding. The sheer mid-drift area was just sheer enough/high enough to look elegant not trashy. Overall a great dress.
