The dress needed ironing after the shipping, plus a wardrobe malfunction 10 minutes after putting it on, I can see why someone said the dress might need to be retired. The malfunction was the hook-eye at the chest level, the small thread to hook onto came loose. I used double stick tape to hold it together for the day. One of the shoulder snaps (to hold a bar strap in place) was missing the complimentary snap, but I didn't need to use that feature anyhow.
