Bright blue color but itchy
I wore a long sleeve shirt under it because I didn't want to feel the itchy fabric. But people who saw it loved the color.

No wrinkles and use a slip

This mostly fit but was a tad too large. The bottom hem of the skirt flapped on my bare ankles in a way that rubbed them a little bit. Wore it with a button up blouse.
