This dress was perfect for my 21st birthday party which was Great Gatsby/"End of Prohibition" themed
I didn't find the length to be too short. It fit nicely and was super comfortable. I didn't find the sequins to be scratchy or uncomfortable at all. It was easy to move about it. I don't like dresses that you have to like adjust or be careful moving about in, and this dress was nothing like that. It was perfect! Also the dress is gorgeous and you'll want to keep it. I would get your normal size and then order a backup in the next size up as recommended.
