Didn't end up wearing this out/dancing because I was nervous about the fit around my hips/legs. The dress is otherwise very flattering and fit the rest of my body very well, but next time I would probably order a size 6.

Great black dress for a black-tie formal event.
I rented both the 4R and 4L. As other reviews suggest, the 4L is very long. I wore the 4R and a 3" heel. I suggest as appropriate wearing a bold statement necklace to balance out the simplicity of the dress.
