I ordered the 46r and 48r and could have worn the 46 but went with the 48 so that I would be more comfortable. In a formal dress I would usually wear an 8-10. It was August and an outdoor venue so it was very hot and humid. The material is heavy and may have been too heavy for August but I really liked the stretch of the material and that it had no zipper. It was very comfortable and and allows for dancing, bending down, picking up kids, etc. I am 5’3 at best and was able to wear it with 3 inch heels.

I read that the dress fit snug so I ordered the 10 and 12. I would say I am normally an 8 in a dress but didn’t want this to be super tight so I sized up to be safe. The 10 fit and was not a big difference from the 12 but since the arms on the dress fit tight the 12 had just a little more room making it more comfortable. The color is bright so you will stand out but in a good way. Great for olive skin tones. I paired it with a turquoise necklace and earrings which toned it down just a little.
