Romantic and soft, yet formal. At 5 ‘1” with 3 inch heels it perfectly grazed the floor. I did pin the strap about an inch bc it kept falling down but it fit fell everywhere else. Lots of compliments!

Perfect even the second time!

Nice design but smaller than I expected
Versatile little bag that holds my big wallet keys and phone. Not great for hauling lots of stuff but OK for just the essentials. Minimalist design looks great with everything. Love the metal clasp that is subtle and characteristic of the brand but not showy.

Chic and modern
I'm usually 2/4 and this 4 fit me just loose/tight enough to be flattering. The ruffle adds a chic modern element to a elegant black gown. A little long for me even with 5 in heels. Modest but not at all dowdy. So comfortable to walk in with the slit.

Beautiful fabric and cut but didn't fit me well
This brand has beautiful fabrics and designs. Super stretchy (no zippers) but the cut was too loose around the chest and too long for 5ft 2in. Also hard to walk in bc it's so narrow. I usually wear 2/4 and maybe the 2 would've fit me just right. Disappointed I couldn't wear it bc it's a gorgeous dress.

Beautiful fabric and cut but runs small
I'm usually a 2 or 4 but this 4 was super tight. It was kind of slimming because it literally squeezed me in but so tight you could see every bump and line. Will try going up to 6. Color and fabric and shape were beautiful.

Gorgeous color but awkward fit
The color is a stunning pink but the fit detracts from its appeal. Even in a size 2, the straps are so long that is was not wearable. The top in general is meant for someone very busty, which I'm not. The front of the skirt is quite short and the back is long, making the high-low more dramatic especially with the ruffle in the back. I wish it fit on top so I could wear it.

Dressy and fun
My teenage daughter wore this for a summer party and it was perfect. Young but classy. The seersucker fabric makes it summery and the rose gold hardware on the straps dresses it up. Was a little loose but still flattering. Would rent again!

Cute dress, odd fit
I love asymmetric gems so I was super excited to try this dress. I sized up from my usual 4 to a 6 based on availability and reviewer comments. It was way too big overall but especially in the torso length. I am high- waisted to begin with but this dress bunched up in the top and had a blouson effect. If you have a long torso, this dress might be a good fit for you. The fabric and style is very cute but it just wasn't right for me.

Beautiful thick fabric
This dress is very heavy (not ideal in the warm humid South) but the fabric feels expensive. The design is unique and color scheme is great (looks good with white or darker shoes, sandals or boots). I really wanted to wear this but on my 5 '2" frame, the tight middle just accentuated the roundness of my belly making it unflattering. my side profile looked almost pregnant. I had my teenage daughter try it on and even with her flat belly and tiny waist, it was not flattering. I think it might look better on a taller frame. if it fits you, the dress will be beautiful !

Beautiful fabric and style
The fabric is thick and expensive feeling. The style is lovely too. Unfortunately, it was very tight around the waist and I ended up not wearing it. It is also meant for someone with a longer torso, so the waist didn't fall in the right place for me. A beautiful dress but unfortunately it didn't fit my petite pear-shaped body.

Narrow around the hips
Nice thick fabric. I'm usually size 4 and I rented size small. It was snug around the hips/belly which made the side pockets open and stick out in a weird way. Would look better on someone with slim hips.

Lovely thick fabric and pattern. I'm 5ft2in and high waisted but this dress was way too short on me. It looked childish on me because it was so high waisted,poofy, and short. It would fit best in someone under 5ft.

Perfect fit! Great for any occasion!
I am a size 4 and this Size 2 in Ted Baker fit perfectly. The belt ( located in the separate pocket of the RTR bag) makes it super flattering. I am high waisted and pear shaped, and find most Ted baker dresses to be too long in the torso but this dress was just right. Would rent again!

Fun for a work party
The drop waist makes the fit loose but it looks almost boho in its style. Wore it to a work party with black tights. Fun yet modest enough for the office. The material is very thin silk so I work a black camisole and slip. Fun to wear!

Stunning statement earrings
These earrings are striking and dress up any cocktail dress. I wore them with a ruffled red dress and they are beautiful. They are CLIP-ONs so by the end of the evening my earlobes were throbbing but this resolved within 30min of taking them off.

Great for Christmas party
I am a size 4 and the 40 fit better than the 42. It was a little snug but the fabric is so thick that it acts almost like built-in Spanx! The zipper was ridiculously difficult to zip up and I thought it would even break but I managed to get the dress on with the help of 2 people. The V was pretty low for me (5 ft 2 in and high-waisted) so I used fashion tape to hold the dress in place and keep my bra from showing. Overall, striking color and style. Tons of compliments! Fun to wear!

Fun and unique print
Another beautiful Valentino dress. The fit is very flattering to petite pear shaped women. I wore it to an evening event at school. Was too dressy (with the big ruffle) for the office but very fun for any event. Color is a beige/ peachy pink and the print is so unique! Fun to wear for an occasion.

Even cuter IRL!
Valentino is one of my favorite designers because the dresses are flattering on petite pear-shaped people like myself. This dress is no exception. My usual size in Valentino dresses is 40 and this one fit perfectly in the shoulders/arms, but the waist was looser than usual. The fabric is a beautiful medium weight crepe, though from the photos I thought it was knit/sweater. I probably could have sized down but it's still cute in my usual size.

Great autumn fabric and color
The color is a burnt orange and the fabric is medium/heavy weight, perfect for fall. The sleeves were very long on me since I'm petite. The concept of the dress is cool but the slit shoulders puff up every time you lift your arm. I ended up not wearing it but it would look amazing on someone taller.

The fabric is medium/heavy weight but it "puckered" along the seams and made the dress look a little frumpy. I wore a sweater over it to hide some of this. The waist was sort of loose which was ok for my pear shape. The color is a gorgeous deep red-- perfect for Christmas or V-day. Got lots of compliments on the color.

Wore these with a gown for a formal event. The length makes them fancy but they are delicate enough to not look overdone. These are front/back earrings which makes them even more interesting and unique. Could be dressed up or down. Loved them!

I ordered this for a daytime event. The color was bright and pretty. The shape of the dress was generally flattering but the torso and length in the back was a little too long for my 5ft 2in frame, making it less cute. Beautiful print, flattering fit
The best part of this dress is the print which makes it unique, fun, and sophisticated. I am petite and pear-shaped and ordered my usual size. The middle was snug but in a flattering way and the shoulders were broad almost like a puff-sleeve so that the overall look made me look slender. Can be worn to work or dressed up for an evening event. I wore it with pearls and black pumps and received tons of compliments. I really enjoyed wearing it!

Adorable and fun!
A classier version of a cutsie dress. The color is a sophisticated beige neutral pink and the shape is surprisingly flattering for a drop waist dress. I am 5'2" at it was a little short for me to wear to work especially if I ever need to raise my arms but with tights it could be ok. I plan to wear for more casual work days or weekend events. Material is not as thick as other RED Valentino dresses but it's better this way so the skirt is not too poofy. Fun and young looking but not inappropriate for more mature women.

WORK DRESS
I ordered this for daily workwear (RTR unlimited) and was pleasantly surprised to see that the color was muted and neutral enough to be professional. More beige than pink. I wore it with a white cardigan and nude pumps and it looked very appropriate for the office. With fancier shoes and jewelry, it could easily convert to an event outfit. I am petite and pear-shaped and it was still flattering. The length was on the shorter side for me but still conservative.

Pretty, soft pink color
From the reviews, I expected it to be loose and run large. I am usually a 2reg or 4pet and the small was a little snug around the middle. Even for my 5'2" frame the dress a bit short and the scoop neck was a bit deep. Lovely pink color flatters my Asian skin tone. Fabric is comfortable, light , and stretchy. I will wear it to work once and sent it back (RTR unlimited) after that.

Runs large by at least one size. Fabric is very stretchy, kind of like neoprene which makes the dress stay poofy but may be too much for work. Would be better for a special event. Beautiful for Senior Formal
Rented this for my teenage daughter's high school formal . The color is an orange-red (not a cool true red), but it was very flattering against her fair skin. The straps were definitely long so we had to pin them down. The length was a little long for her 5' 1" height, like a train but with 5 inch platform heels, the dress just grazed the ground. Would have been perfect if offered in a petite size. Stunning shape and flows beautifully. Great for making an entrance!
