I am smaller chested and this dress was a bit baggy in that area. There was extra loose fabric between my armpit and boob area, but it was hardly noticeable. The skirt was longer in front pretty short in the back but honestly, not an issue for me and I am 5'5. I was even able to twirl with no issues. I went bra-less and it was fine. The straps were a little weird, but again not an issues. I got compliments all night and I would buy this dress in a heart beat.

I am smaller chested with wider hips/butt area. So the size 4 fit me perfect on top, but the bottom was a little too small, so I ended up wearing the size 6. It was loose on the top. Even tightening the straps did not help. Even though it was loose on top I could get away without wearing a bra. I wore seamless undies and you could not see any lines.
