So, so sweet and chic! Pair it with boots and a biker jacket to launch it a whole new way. I wore it with lightweight, sheer, billowy camisole top in cream to keep it sweet. Great fit, true to size, but not a whole lot of stretch or give, so if you're well endowed in the derriere or hips, consider sizing up one. My size 8 fit my narrow hips and average rump just right with a little room to spare.

Lovely and dress, especially if you adore the bare shoulders style. It is rather heavyweight, which made it somewhat inapt for daytime beachgoing, but perfect for the more cool beach nights. Very flattering, and I would consider buying if it fit a little more closely. I chose a size medium, but if you're on the small side of medium, I would definitely recommend going with a small, since the smocking stretches to fit, but gapes a bit if it does not fit closely. If you're smack in the middle of a size medium, it could go either way—if you're amply endowed in the bust area, you could probably safely stay with a medium, but if not, I would recommend going with a size small. I am a 36C and it gaped just a bit when I moved both my arms in front of me, for example, but not when standing straight.

The fit was wonderfully flattering and true-to-size. Not so voluminous as to hide curves, but with enough give to make moving around in hot weather at the beach easy and comfortable. The cut-out is demure yet cheekily revealing, and the classic gingham blue is flattering for just about every skin tone (even sunburned ones!).
