So disappointed - not for an hourglass figure
I rented a S and M, since I'm in between the two sizes, usually. Beautiful, vibrant color and lace detailing, though the S had clearly been worn and washed quite a bit, as the lace at the collar was a bit frayed and wouldn't lie flat. I knew this dress would be a gamble for me, and I definitely lost this gamble. The dress has zero structure. The M was enormous and the S made me look like a giant rectangle. If you have an hourglass shape or prefer things that nip in at the waist, this is not the dress for you.

Mixed feelings....
Very mixed feeling about this dress! It fit beautifully and flattered my figure, but the sparkly green panels at the shoulders and waist were... interesting. Not a huge fan of the sparkly green color, but the panels at the waist were slimming. The shoulders had a bit more structure and volume, and between the shape of the shoulders and the color/placement of those sparkly green panels, my husband said I looked a bit like a 90s super hero. Which: yeah, he's kinda right. I think this dress would be way more successful for me if those panels were in a different color/fabric.

Whoa -- short and tight.
I rented this dress as part of the At Home Try On program. I wanted to see if it would work for my husband's company's holiday party. Eep -- it was way too tight and too short to be appropriate for this setting! The fabric had some stretch so it was quite comfortable but way more body hugging than I expected, and I would worry that going up a size would make it gap and bunch in weird ways. Maybe OK for on occasion when I wanted to look more overtly sexy, but for this, it's a no-go.

A bit bulky!
I've had my eye on this dress for months, but unfortunately it did nothing for me. I have an athletic hourglass shape (defined waist, broad shoulders, fuller hips), and this dress was just too bulky for my frame. There's just a lot of fabric that gathers in a way that on some people would be quite flattering, but it just added a lot of bulk on me. Also, it was a little long on me (I'm 5'4").

A bold stand-out!
I loved this dress. It was stretchy enough to be comfortable and the fabric was on the thicker side so it was extremely figure flattering. I even got the "most beautiful woman at this wedding" compliment from a fellow wedding guest (who was not my husband). Like others noticed the striping has a hint of gold in person, which was a fun surprise. I paired it with nude pumps and an awesome pair of gold earrings from RTR. Such a winner!!

So pretty! But runs big.
I thought I had the sizing for this one figured out so I only rented one size, and it was just too big. It gapped in the back and bunched weirdly when I tried to sinch it with the belt. Too bad, it's a beautiful dress and my husband loved it. I may rent it for another wedding later this summer -- but in smaller size.

Not for me.
This dress was really flattering from the waist down, but above the waist, it was definitely not for me. I have a fairly athletic build so the padded shoulders and all the extra fabric up top ended up making this one a no-go. This would be a beautiful choice for someone who's a little narrower up top!
