Not for thicker arms
The lace on this was scratchy and it felt like a Chinese finger trap on my arms. I didn't end up wearing either size.

Love the Structured Fit but Very Short
Pros: Really cute dress with a tailored fit Perfect for a spring baby shower Love that the sleeves have some breathing room Cons: Arrived VERY wrinkled so plan to iron It's definitely short and I NEVER have this problem--I'm 5'1" and I was nervous every time I gave a hug or sat down. Overall: I'm happy I rented it but I just wish it could be worn with black tights for a little more coverage.
