RUNS SMALL
I am a 31.5 around and could not get the XS zipped, also it does wrinkle easily. The look is cute, just maybe go up one.

I go between a 0 and a 2- go up
So this dress is actually really cute. I would see the zero is probably perfect for 32 around since I am a 34B the two would be perfect it zips in the back and on the side and for the most part is wrinkle free.

I am 5'3" and about 120, and this was too small for me (which meant it kept creeking up) but if I had gone up one size it would have been perfect, no wrinkles, easy to dress up or down!

I couldnt zip this up to wear it, the length was good, I am a 34 around and used a size 2, but I need to go to a four, which would prob be too long- also if you are short torsoed then the mesh wont show.
