This was perfect for wearing to work and the colors made me smile thinking of my childhood twister games. I love to experiment with dresses with RTR. I would never buy this dress, but wearing it for a day was a joyful experience.

Light Fabric and Perfect for a Hot Summer DAy
I have a large rib cage and shoulders so the size 14 would have been better. I wore a cami under and kept in unbuttoned. This was great for work though especially since I am in sales and out and in the car.
