Fun
I knew from reviews the fit would be a little boxy, but it works with the tiered structure. Fun but still professional for work.

Easy style for work
The slightly puffed sleeves added a nice touch, and the material was different than expected. I do think the lining on the one I wore is a little worn out- very clingy.

I ordered a size down (xs) because the small wasn't available, but that didn't work with the form fitting cut of this dress. Seemed comfortable and like it would have been fun!

Pretty but long for petites
I got a lot of compliments on this and it fit fine through the body but it fell below my knees. Not a problem, but worth noting for shorter renters!
