A fun dress... if only it fit. I ordered the 2L, never imagining that I'd have to size up from there. Once I zipped up the dress, I could not get it to slide down over my hips. Split the zipper while trying! I sent the dresses back and wore something else for my special occasion. Because this dress is fitted in the hips, DEFINITELY take accurate measurements of your proportions and order the dress based on the largest measurement.

I love how this necklace showed up in photographs. In form, it's intriguing. Each spire is triangular, which creates an interesting 3D shape when viewed in profile. These triangles move, however, and consequently got caught in the lace of my dress and flipped upside down while I was dancing. I put my boyfriend on necklace-duty at the wedding we attended. Moral: Don't wear with lace/eyelet...anything that the necklace can catch on!

This was my first-ever shift dress. I was a little concerned that the dress was too snug at my hips & thighs, but I ended up embracing it. A size up was looser, but not sexy. The dress didn't really ride up, although I was vigilantly checking. Dress was lined, but I did wear a slip for comfort. Snipped off some stray threads, but all in all, I was very pleased!!
