I loved how this fit - the fabric has some give but still looks structured. The pockets are PERFECT.

High quality, unique shoulders
I wish the shoulders weren't padded! Such a great fit, beautiful high quality fabric. I'm muscular curvey and the fit of this was awesome. Definitely renting next time I need to go to the office.
