Showstopping wedding officiant dress!
Yes, I officiated my friends' wedding in this dress! And people F A W N E D over this dress. I felt like a celebrity, I really didn't want to give it back, it was actually really comfortable to wear, I even stayed in it at the after party!

I got so many compliments on this dress! So many people said they could tell it was very well made.
The back was still a little large in the mesh part, I wish I had gotten a picture of it. I also did not wear a bra at all with this dress, so smaller chested individuals like myself might be able to get away with that as well. Overall this was a great dress, easy to dance in and so much fun, so flirty, while also being so elegant.

I got SO MANY compliments on this dress! It's a bold choice that feels so sophisticated.
So, I did wear a size down from what I normally wear and the lace at the back had to be taped down with double-sided fashion tape. I also couldn't move my arms very high because of the way the dress is cut in the back, but that did not stop me from dancing one bit! I also love that the slip is connected to the lace overlay-not worrying about one riding up and having to adjust multiple layers was nice. Overall, I love this dress, it's a step away from what I usually wear to weddings but my friends absolutely fawned over it.

If you want to make a statement, this is the dress for you!
So the dress did run a little large. I got a 2R which is my usual size and definitely could have gotten a 0R. Got the 4R as my backup size because I saw some reviews that said it ran small. I would say if you run smaller in the shoulders and chest area, go a size down. I had to pin the dress at the back so it would fit. That said, it was absolutely gorgeous, easy to move in, and bold, bold, bold! Great for a formal evening wedding.

I got so many compliments on this dress! I wanted to buy it!
It fits true to size but is definitely not stretchy. It's also rather heavy, so keep that in mind depending on what type of event you're renting it for. It was perfect for my friend's black-tie optional wedding. Very Art Deco and Gatsby glamorous. Also keep in mind that this thing is covered in sequins! Don't wear a wrap, shawl, cover-up, etc. that you would not want snagged on all the little beading and sequin elements.
