This dress is perfect for low lighting! It has a really elegant twinkle and shimmer. Great coverage so you don't feel too exposed. My daughter is 5'6 and 113 lbs. and usually wears a size 0 or 2. She wore the 0L and the length was perfect with 2.5-3 inch heels. The underskirt was a bit longer than the lace overskirt. It was not nearly as noticeable on the 0L which is what worked better for her anyway.

My daughter wore this the her high school winter formal. She is about 5'6, 110lbs. She fit the 0L a little loose on the top, but nothing too noticeable. The long barely hit the floor with her wearing flats, so tall girls, this is not the dress for you. as you can see from the photo the dress was just touching the floor and was not as full as pictured in the model photo. We did not have any problems with the zipper, but the nude underskirt behind the tulle was a bit odd looking, hence the four stars. We pinned it up so it was not visible. I will note that the alternate size 2L that we received but did not need to use was in poor condition. It would not have been used because of tears at the tulle and pilling on the lace. Lucky, the 0L fit and did not have these issues. My daughter said the dress was very comfortable especially with the wide shoulder straps. She got tons of compliments and hated to send the dress back!

The fabric is nice and has some give. I am not used to showing skin at the waist so I was worried about the sheer panel at the waist with my 'foundation garments' so I wore black spanx and the panel just disappears. Beautiful and sexy dress with lots of coverage. Great for curvy girls!

The necklace had a good weight. It is more cream than white, but blended just fine for me as I was already wearing a mix of white tones. It is adjustable, but I was wearing it at about as short as it could go (see picture) so it is still relatively long. It mostly stayed put, but I did have a circle flip to show the gold backing a time or two (one is flipped in the picture). Overall it was a great piece and I would recommend it!
