The worst.
Dress is cut like a straight box. Huge in the waist and impossibly tight in the bust and hips. Not for anyone with an ounce of curve.

Tight on the hips
Not great for hourglass figure. Runs small on the hips and chest but very baggy in the waist. Beautiful material that doesn't wrinkle. Would be perfect on an athletic figure.

Very chic. Prim and proper for work
My only complaint is that it was actually a bit shorter than it looks. I am 5'5. The sleeves are also closer to elbow length than bracelet length. The fabric is nice and heavy but I would recommend a spanx if you have a little belly. Generally an elegant dress that I would order again.
