Comfy but runs a little large
These pants are a great classic corduroy pant for daily wear. I found them to run larger than other pants I have from Madewell.

Comfy, stylish, warm
Loved the versatility of this jacket - the material allowed me to pair with casual outfits while the cut goes well with dressier clothes. The medium was appropriately oversized to allow sweaters to fit comfortably underneath. This jacket was warm enough for me during 20-30 degree days

Perfectly highlights an hourglass figure
Loved the lace overlay and the colors - at first looks like a black dress, but the colors in the lace make the dress beautiful. Typically between 4 and 6. Got the 6 which zipped comfortably and gave me enough room to chow down with dinner. Rented with a blue handbag and gold hoop earrings, paired with classic black pumps.

Pretty for the Nutcracker
Fits like a standard A line dress - made my waist look little (though it was a tad tight after a big dinner). The chest fit a little weird - it flattened me out a bit, so if you are particularly busty keep that in mind. It was only noticeable to me though. The length was just right. The material was thick and the inner lining was very soft.

Comfortable and flirty
This dress was very comfortable and easy to wear. I appreciated being able to wear a standard bra with it. The material was thick and stretchy, which was nice for early March. The skirt of the dress does flare out quite a bit, more than i was expecting. Because of where the waist sat on me, it wasn't super figure flattering.

Flaunt your legs!
This dress was very comfortable - the material was soft and the lace wasn't cheap-feeling like some dresses. I am usually between sizes 2-4 and could have worn either one. The 2 fit better in my mid-section and was snug over my chest so the lace laid flat. It felt a bit short, and the arms weren't as comfortable over my broad shoulders. I opted for the 4 though it was looser over my stomach - more room for food! I paired with black peep-toes and sparkly earrings for a holiday party. Great dress if you want something appropriate for a work party that's still youthful and not stuffy!

glamour, sequins, class - this dress has it all
I got this dress overnight when my original dress did not work. I chose to wear the 4R because it was a little shorter than the 6R (so I didn't have to worry about stepping on the dress as much) and because it fit better in the waist. I also am petite-ly proportioned, so smaller sizes work better with strap-length. I loved that I got to wear a standard bra, but make sure it's a nude one as mine peeked out a little on the sides and in the back from time to time. I DEFINITELY noticed that the dress got bigger throughout the night. Not sure if it's the weight of the dress or the fabric (or a combo), but it does loosen up and the dress started to get longer as well - so if you're between two sizes (like I usually am), I would recommend the smaller size. A concern I had about the dress was whether or not the sequins would irritate my skin - and they DIDN'T! In the other Badgley Mischka sequined gown with cap sleeves - the sleeves made me hold my arms fairly close to the dress so the skin got cut up from rubbing against the sequins after only a few minutes. That was not the case with this dress. It's also great to dance in, even for a long dress. People loved the dress - got compliments from faculty and classmates all night. It also photographs wonderfully. The only tricky thing is covering up cleavage. I tried to use fashion tape but it irritated my skin. It worked alright without tape, but I did have to adjust the dress occasionally. Highly recommended!!

It was a great addition to the sequined gown I wore for a formal event. People kept grabbing my hand to admire the ring - so it is quite attention-grabbing!

beautiful dress, EXCEPTIONAL customer service
I am usually between a 4 and 6 in dress size, so I rented both and preferred the 4 because of the fit through the waist and hips. With my chest and slightly broader shoulders, both sizes were a little tight with the cap sleeves. Unfortunately, the 4 had a small rip near the zipper and I worried about it opening up during the event. The sequins were also irritating the skin on my arms because of the fit across my shoulders. The length of the 4R was shorter than the 6R so that the 4R just grazed the ground when I was barefoot but the 6R still needed heels. Luckily, RTR has spectacular customer service (shoutout to Calvin!) and changed my mood from panic to relief by shipping another dress to me overnight for no additional cost. I was disappointed the dress didn't work out as I loved the draping in the back, but it all works out in the end!
