The sleeves absolutely did not work for me. They didn't stay up at all. Maybe if you have broader shoulders it would work better? Beautiful dress but I didn't wear it.

The color was gorgeous. I felt great in the dress.
I ordered the 4 and 6 and went with the 6. I'm about 5'4 and around 125lb. The V in the the front was quite low on me but it was OK. I wore a Nubra, which was fine. The dress worked well for a very upscale NYC wedding in Sept. I would recommend it.
